Where can I find the page in the character sheet to put curses like werewolf on my characters? If that isn't available yet then when can it be expected?
You would need to do it manually by changing stats as per the Monster Manual entry on Player Characters As Lycanthropes.

I don't remember what all is involved in the werewolf curse, but you also might be able to homebrew a magic item that creates its effects.
