How do I create a character give it to someone else then assign it to my campaign?

So I worked with a player to create their character.  I don't really want to recreate the character from scratch.

If I want to just assign the character as in my campaign and then give it to them how do I do it?

How do you unclaim the character? The user created one character, then lost email address associated to account. Now she is creating a new account and I want to pass the character to her.

on the campaign screen on your PC frame, there is a word that says 'unclaim'
