I created a magic item, which was part of a reward for completing a quest. One of my players claimed it, but he can't find the item in the inventory list. All the other players can find and equip it, but not the player who claimed it.
I tried to give it to him through the "my campaigns" tab, by editing his inventory, but that didn't help either.
