Looking at the 2024 warlock character creator options, I noticed an issue; There is no way to access or expand the list of eldritch invocations for the 2024 warlock.
I was hoping that DnD Beyond would support the advertised backwards compatibility of the 2024 edition, but it seems there is no way to use invocations from earlier sourcebooks with the 2024 warlock in the character builder, even if you have legacy option turned on. On top of that, because there is still no way to add homebrew invocations, that's not a solution either.
Currently, if you want to use older invocations like eldritch sight, gift of the ever-living ones, protection of the talisman, etc, You'll have to select the legacy warlock class or give up on DnD Beyond's character builder and use pen and paper. Where is the backwards compatibility support?
It's probably just a glitch, take a look in the Bugs forum and see if anyone else is having the same problem. There's a feew things not working how they should at the moment

This is still an issue... I really wanted to be able to use Eyes of the Runekeeper and Voice of the Chainmaster for one of my characters in a campaign I'm in that's using the 2024 rules, but they don't even show as options with the new warlock class. It's really sad, and I hope they fix it soon.
July and still not working, I think they've just given up and hope people stop asking.
They are probably just waiting until 2024 releases the invocations again in a supplement. fixing this then needing to readd them x months down the line again is just extra work, when they likely have plenty of other things going on.
