Was so interested to see what they would do with Arcane Archer, but it's already a damp squib. More uses? If you are basing it on your Intelligence modifier, a secondary stat at most, more likely tertiary stat priority, then you might get an additional use per short rest if you're lucky. A few more options and the damage boost is a start, but the fundamental problem with the subclass really doesn't seem to be addressed here. Maybe it might be unfair judging against a Battlemaster, but that will be the bar for many. Still too limited for me
I'm seeing the lack of access in a few places, so help me out; are you getting the 403 when:
A. Going to the main UA page; B. Going to the Arcane Subclasses page specifically, or; C. Downloading the PDF?
when I try to open the link from the Youtube video, when I try clicking it from the discord and when I try to access the PDf from teh Unearth Arcana page. Just trying to access the PDF at all is giving the 403 Error

Because a long range Fighter has so many other stat priorities to juggle? Fighters are naturally SAD and get an extra ASI a level 6. Frankly, if you can’t support a +3 or +4 INT mod with that, it’s on you.

That's wonderful.... once you get to Level 6 and above.
So both the arcana cleric and the arcane archer have had their best feature nerfed? The cleric's extra cantrips no longer count as cleric spells (so no extra damage) and for the archer, grasping arrow has been redesigned.

You can set both DEX and INT to 16 out of the gate with point buy and still hit 12 for CON without dumping any stats. Let’s not pretend being MAD between two stats is some crippling handicap for any class, and Fighters in particular cope with it fine.

Please don't exaggerate matters. I'm far from mad, I just don't think this UA has really done what it could have done for the subclass.

I'm already really excited. When will it go online? Right now, I'm still getting the error 403, "No access to this page."

I also am excited to see these, but still getting the Error 403 message
"Not getting cut into bloody littles slices, That's the key to a sound plan."

https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/ua/arcane-subclasses shows 403 Forbidden. (and therefore the .pdf link is inaccessible anyway)
https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/ua is fine.
B, I have no problem accessing the Psion.
B.
The direct link to the pdf on discord works.
when I try to open the link from the Youtube video, when I try clicking it from the discord and when I try to access the PDf from teh Unearth Arcana page. Just trying to access the PDF at all is giving the 403 Error
https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/ua/arcane-subclasses <-- is not working from any source I have tried

The link on discord was updated not too long ago and should work (since it goes directly to the pdf and not the UA webpage)
I the Discord link ive been trying is the one from dnd-announcements, and it is the link I just posted
"Not getting cut into bloody littles slices, That's the key to a sound plan."

I see. It was the OP in the UA subchannel that got updated.
