will it have battle map integration and get rid of the 5th edition magic
There is no news of a 6th edition anytime soon that I am aware of. It will (hopefully) be several years before genuine rumblings of a 6e start happening. And what do you mean “5th edition magic?” (Do you mean spell slots? D&D has had spell slots since 1974, it will always have spell slots.)
In addition, this forum thread is about the DDB roadmap, this website doesn’t publish D&D, that’s a completely different company.

I doubt 6th edition comes out until about 10 years after 5th edition was released, which was 2014, so the earliest I think we get 6e is 2024, but hopefully it will be a transition and not just a complete stop of all 5e stuff like modules or sourcebooks, while they begin the 6e book og's like Player's Handbook, Monster Manual, and Dungeon Master's Guide.
G'day, has the roadmap been moved? Do I need extra permissions to view it? When I follow the link at the start of this thread I just get the following message
Board not found.
This board may be private.
If someone gave you this link, they may need to invite you to one of their boards or Workspaces.

The roadmap is no longer used. From what I understand, its not worth the time to update it (they are already doing dev updates on YouTube) and it created too many unrealistic expectations (people expected things on the board to be implemented immediately just because it is on the high priority list).
Yeah that's fair enough I guess. Reading through some of the comments on this forum, I can certainly see how that would be a hassle.
I'm happy watching the YouTube vids when they drop, if that's what they want to run with. I'll just have to wait for the video announcing the character folders for organising all the characters I make in my spare time.

Is there a summary or an extract from the Youtube videos anywhere, eg 3rd party? I'm curious what's upcoming but probably don't want to watch full videos.
They used to provide transcripts for increased accessibility but stopped. SabreRunner has a doc here that tracks what the updates are from the dev updates; it's mostly bulletpoint type updates, not a lot of detail, but frankly I get the impression there's not much detail in the dev updates and he's not leaving info out. Note also that it tracks all updates, so newer updates may contradict older ones, but that can be useful for seeing how plans have changed. But overall, the updates they make public are either extremely broad (the backend updates needed to fix all the stuff that works differently from PHB standard) or easily guessed (eg when a new book is about to come out).

Wow! That’s a great document. It’s huge! Very cool.
the trello seems to have disappered is there now a new link for the roadmap
The Trello wasn’t being kept up to date so it was discontinued. There is not a new link to a roadmap. Closest thing to a publicly accessible roadmap are the slide images from the weekly (video) Dev Update. Those were being posted to the forums, but haven’t been for some time.
