You need to turn eberron content on for the character. It is also still in playtest as far as I know, so turning on playtest content for the character should work too.

currently i can't find warforged anywhere. even when i put it on eberron content or playtest content. I don't know what happened but I can't find them anywhere for a race.
Americanjedi is correct I own Eberron: Rising and Warforged doesnt show as a race in the character builder. You can view the race page in the rulebook but you cant use the character builder to create one yet.

I can choose Warforged in the character builder. Do you have Eberron content turned on? Did you by chance purchase only the compendium for Eberron: Rising?
right its not a subrace, its not showing up. The subraces ARE showing up like the elven subtypes but no warforged. I figured it out i was clicking quick start not the normal character build. Also red should not mean "on" because i had that reversed for awhile
IDK thats what Im trying to figure out, i just bought it earlier today and noticed only the subraces from the eberron book are showing up.

Quick checklist to make sure you've got things set up to see the correct Warforged
Assuming you're not using content sharing from someone else, go to https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace and scroll down to Current Product Licenses. Check you have either Eberron: Rising from the Last War or Wayfinders Guide to Eberron
Go to the character builder and ensure you've got Eberron content enabled
On the race selection screen, ensure you see either Rising or Wayfinders in the drop down
Filter by either of those, then type 'warforged' into the filter bar. You should see the race there
If you select it, you should get the details of the latest warforged (which has integrated protection)
So i recently purchased Eberron rising from the last war Physicals Copy does this mean i would need to re buy the book on dnd beyond so i can have the warforged in the character builder and yes i have Eberron content on but it still wont show up in the charects to choose from

Yes, you must own the DnD content on DnD:B in order for it to be present in the DnD:B character creator tool. Physical copies are not compaible.

Note that you don’t have to buy the entire book if all you want is warforged. You can just buy the Warforged race. Another option if you have the time and skill set is to homebrew the race.
So I am using content from another person and the warforge race won't pop up at all is there anything I can do about it or do I just have to go buy the book
First is warforged in the character creation tool and if so where is it? I can't make it appear in the races list.
Thanks!
Dave

Thanks if someone replies to this.
You need to purchase one of the two sourcebooks that they are in, either Eberron: Rising from the Last War, or Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron.
You can also purchase just the race from the Eberron: Rising from the Last War market page.

The new warforged isn't a subrace. It sounds like you are still using the warforged (UA). You need to change race.

That question shows up so regularly, I think that DDB should just have it appear as a pop-up when you make an account.

How do I just purchase the race?
Go to Eberron: Rising From the Last War book in the store, then scroll down to the Races section and click on the purchase bar for Warforged.
