Trying to find the source on this token that my DM used the other day - any ideas?
Unfortunately, that's not one of the official D&D Beyond portraits, so there's no way of knowing for sure where it came from. I'd recommend reaching out to your DM; they may have purchased it from a digital asset pack.
Does anybody know where the avatars in this style are from?
I can't find the book they might be from but the art style is really different from other 5e artwork.
I'm not 100% certain if I'm right but the art style is very similar to the one Tomb of Annihilation used for a lot of it's NPCs so might be worth trying there
The second one is from Curse of Strahd, one of the ruling Martikov family from Vallaki
Don't recognise the other one but as it's a vampire and I don't recognise it from Strahd I'd be willing to bet it's from Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft
It's from the Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden adventure, specifically the art for "Reghed hunters of the four tribes."
The one you want is the one on the left.
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
Can you post the picture here using an image hoster? I don't click links to external sources that I don't know.

Cheers anyway, that rules out about 30 books at least!
Oh wow, thank you! I had almost given up hope :)

Any Idea who the character is?
NO idea I'm afraid, the text under the picture just says he's a Bard

Thanks a lot 😊
It's not from Van Richten's, (I have just looked through it) , and I haven't even thought about it being vampire 😊
