I've never used D&D Beyond and am looking for insights into how the digital version of full adventures works. Can all the text be copy/pasted? Can the images be downloaded?
I'm running OotA and want to create my own comprehensive DM "Dashboard" in OneNote that contains info from the book and my own notes. I certainly don't want to transcribe the whole book, so I'm looking for a digital version that I can copy/paste sections from. D&D Beyond seems to be the only digital offering (unless there's an official PDF somewhere that I missed?)
Since the up grade on the website, I can no longer cut and paste content for my game prep. and NO, screen shots don't work. I have come to rely on this and it has saved a lot of time during play to have things prepared ahead of time in a single source. I only have access to the content because I bought it, for a great deal of money. What did I buy if I can't use it how I like. This is going to bog down my games. I feel like I have been thrown back to the stone age. I seriously don't know how or if I want to move forward.

Gonna need specifics but in general I am guessing some issue with your device or extension.
Nothing about D&D Beyond blocks copy and pasting in any way. I can copy-n-paste using a variety of browsers and on a variety of devices. I can even copy and paste stuff from the app on my phone. The forums have a lot of people also copying and pasting from the books on here as we discuss things or in play-by-posts, and people copy and paste from adventures or characters sheets into their online platform of choice like discord or whatever. So, very much seems an issue limited to you.

Seconding what Cyb3rM1nd said. Just tested copying from DDB in a few different browsers and pasting into a few different programs with no issues. Same with snipping tool. Not sure what you're experiencing, Nivrek, but you might want to have someone look over your system. DDB's forums aren't a great medium for doing tech support and today of all days I'm adamant that I not do any more work for the day since my 8 hours are done. I recommend getting someone who can lay hands on your system to figure out what's up with your browser or whatever.

I copy/paste or take screenshots all the time.

Does anyone have a suggestion? How is Roll20?
What are you having problems with? I cut and paste text from the books all the time.
