This post contains quotes from the devs throughout, this should take you straight to the campaign manager section.
edit: unfortunately that post doesn't link to the sources of each quote, but that post is only modified by the mods, and I assure you that those quotes are on these forums (and if you searched for them you would find the originals).
Unfortunately, we're a bit behind with adding new quotes into that set of posts, but Mehetmet is correct - the information there is all quotes from the staff.
I didn't even realize that it wasn't updated, well it contains quotes on that section up until mid-May, but nonetheless there are some features that are mentioned to be coming within it.
If you really wanted to spend some time, you can always look through Badeye's posts (and HartlessD20's as well)as they are staff and would be in the know as far as what's coming up (they have confirmed some things, and hinted toward others), thought I wouldn't take any quotes/posts as written in stone, but they would give you a good idea.
Edit: Also check out this thread for Campaign Manager Feedback, if you only want staff quotes, just use the D&D Beyond logo to jump to the next staff quote, then on that quote there is a button for "Next staff post"
I'm just wondering what the campaign editor will actually be?
If there is a link to somewhere where it is posted what can be expected, that would be great.
