When I signed up there were only a few option for registering. Such as sign in with gmail, etc. Is it possible to register with another non-gmail (or the other shown options, I forget what they were). In other words, can I use any email to sign up?

Gmail, Discord, Apple iD, and Twitch are the methods now. You can check under “my account.”
