My DM gave me a homebrew weapon that comes with a "mode switch" allowing for six different attack actions depending on the mode it's in. I went to add each of the attacks as a custom action, but discovered this doesn't allow me to include the weapon's +1 bonus to attacks and damage.
Do I have to add a duplicate instance of the weapon for each attack option? Or is there a way to reflect that +1 bonus through the custom action's snippet or something similar?

The software required to make some stuf on the character sheet “modal” (switch settings) or temporary (on/off) are not currently in place. Neither is the ability to add Actions to Magic Items. Both of those features are currently in development by DDB, however they are not in the practice of releasing an ETA/ETE for ongoing works in progress.
What if I have the same problem but the weapon is also a companion creature is there a way I can input the various attacks on the creature sheet to roll for the weapon being that the weapon is a living sentient celestial being if so how do I input the different actions and attack rolls properly to make the attacks clickable for dicerolls for My players through the dnd beyond app for their creature companion basically idc if the weapon functions on dnd beyond app as long as the creature can use the actions to make a clickable damage roll option
There is a way to code those rolls onto a monster statblock, but they will only work for the DM in the encounter builder, they won’t actually be rollable on the Extras tab of a character sheet.

It's kind of annoying but, it would be easier to Homebrew a magic weapon for each attack mode and add them all as equipped to the character sheet.

Any update from development?
There hasn’t been an update from the Devs since WotC bought the site.

Hoping there was some update for this aside from making the same weapon over and over with each of them having the different attacks?
