Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
If you go to Marketplace > Source Books> Volo's Guide To Monsters, click on the book and scroll down to races Goblin is in there. My party has an NPC Goblin member who tags along whether is a help or a hinderance they aren't sure yet.
as a kosher other option if you don't want to spend money - you could download the free planeshift publications and create their version of goblins using homebrew. There's goblins in Ixalan and Zendikar. Planeshift is more UA-equivelant than source-document level (official WotC publication, but not fully play-tested), but i can't think of many non-AL DM's who would say no to those versions of goblins (vampires might be a different story though).
i'd say our party's goblin is certainly the most interesting of the group - he's constantly forgoing battle to loot odd objects to take back to their house. While his colleagues are fighting to the death, he'll be taking the hinges off of a nice door to lug home.
For what its worth, there's also Darkwood Goblins in Adventures with Muk, which is a free official WotC pub: +2 DEX, +1 WIS and they have Speak with Small Beats instead of Fury of the Small.

It’s not free, (I think it’s $5-$7) and it is not available on this website which means purchasing it will not unlock the ability to build a Goblin PC on this website.

It’s pwyw (which does equal free)....and my post follows my prior one- where I said they would have to create it themselves.
Volos Guide adds a lot of new race options (the most I think) including goblins, orcs, goliaths & more. Mordenkainens Tome of Foes has tieflings by infernal patronage, gith, new high powered elves & more. SCAG has some character/race stuff- most has been republished in XGtE- but it still has a few things you can't find elsewhere, like the undying pact for warlocks.
Satyrs, leonin (lion-people), centaurs, and minotaurs are in Mythic Odyssey of Theros. Tortles are a separate package as I believe are grungs, (but I dont think grungs are approved for league play.)
Eberon/Last War introduces the artificer class & Warforged, as well as the Dragonmark variant races. I'm drawing a total blank on where the elephant people are from.
Also if your game runs homebrew, make sure you set the button to homebrew content on the first page of the character builder. This should allow you access to homebrew races like the few I've published here.
It's there a tutorial on how to create homebrew goblins? I'm trying to create an Ixalan Variant which would mean editing the existing ASI, Deleting Nimble Escape and Fury of the Small, and adding Agile Climber.
But I can only figure out how to add one trait and cannot edit or delete existing traits.
My only thought is the material you own is considered "legacy" content and you'd need to make sure that option is toggled on the race selection screen.
To play a goblin PC, you must either purchase the full version of Monsters of the Multiverse from this site: (https://marketplace.dndbeyond.com/category/SRC-00085?pid=SRC-00085), or be in a campaign with someone who has it and in which content sharing has been activated.

these golbins have +2 to dex and have a climbing speed of 25 (if not wearing medium/heavy armor)
https://media.wizards.com/2016/downloads/magic/Plane Shift Zendikar.pdf
these goblins have +2 to con, have resistance to fire and psychic damage, and have mildly stronger base AC of 11+dex (vs 10+dex).
both have a slightly lower walking speed of 25.

I own all of the correct source material, but goblins still don’t show up in the character creator?
In your character sheet settings, when you are first creating the character, make sure you have the correct sources enabled.
I toggled on every source, and made sure the drop-down box above the race list said “all sources.”
My only thought is the material you own is considered "legacy" content and you'd need to make sure that option is toggled on the race selection screen.
Volo's is now considered legacy content. The current "canon" version of the Goblin can be found in Mordenkainen's Monsters of the Multiverse.
