When I was navigating on the Feats section I've found the Medium Armor Master & Heavy Armor Master but, it wasn't included the Light Armor Master, which could allow the character to take out the disadvantage in Stealth (DEX ) check. Why do I need to wear a medium armor to take this disadvantage out ???
I thought I could create a wizard, making him being proficient with light armors, to later get Light Armor Proficiency. Then, I could get some situational advantage ( not being easily chased, not being surprised, and etcetera ), to allow me a decent time to cast in a safe situation/area, plus the obvious AC. I don't need to get Medium armors, because D&D forbids the Wizards to use Medium armors, or else they should suffer Force/Arcana damage on themselves. Huh ??
Aside from padded armor which I have never seen anyone use, none of the the light armor options give you disadvantage on dexterity (stealth) checks. Why would you need to negate a disadvantage you don't have? Also, 5e doesn't forbid wizards from wearing medium or heavy armor. Where are you getting that information from?
As to why there is no light armor master, your guess is as good as mine, but I have to ask. What benefit does wearing light armor give you (aside from making you 5-10% harder to hit) that you do not already have by wearing no armor at all, or rather, what option or benefit do you lose when you put on light armor?

Bark side up, bark side down, it really, truly does not matter.
All 5e cares about is whether you're proficient with the armor. No proficiency=unable to cast spells. You could have a wizard that is able to cast spells in plate if you took the feat for it.
I meant "Heavily Armored", not "Heavy Armor Master". Heavily Armored gives proficiency with heavy armor to a PC that does not already have it. There are similar feats for medium and light.
What exactly is it you're after here? The Lightly Armored feat gives you proficiency with light armors, which is what it seems you're asking.
You also seem to have some bad information. Light armor does not impose disadvantage on stealth. There is also no rule stating wizards can't wear medium or heavy armor if they're proficient with it.

He wanted to take the Lightly Armored feat to gain the proficiency and then have an option to take another feat to gain some additional advantage for wearing Light Armor and was wondering why no such feat existed.

Lightly Armored is a feat for those characters who don't have yet an armor, or just wants to be proficient with it. I just wanted to ask why there's Medium Armor Mastery and Heavy Armor Mastery, and then there's no Light Armor Mastery. After a while seeking in all those sourcebooks for this particular info, I couldn't find it. That's why I was worried about it.
To be honest. Heavy Armor Mastery is pretty crappy. Medium Master is good, but is it worth taking that instead of something else, or just a stat boost...? I dunno.

It seems a bit unbalanced, huh ???
It's important to note that symmetry is not the same as balance as not all game features are created equal. In fact, the lack of a Light Armor Master may actually be a form of balance due to the differences between what classes use the respective armors, how much damage those classes take, and what effect that'd have on the effectiveness on those classes
Basically, assuming that if you have feat A1 for option A, and feat B1 for option B, you must have feat C1 for option C is a bit of a design trap.
The thing about light armor is just that: it's body protection intended to minimally inhibit the user's movements. Quilted armors are a bit on the bulkier side, which is meant to warrant the disadvantage on stealth. Most people with any martial training is capable of both using and affording light armor; it's essentially the common person's armor of choice.
As to why there's no mastery feat for it, I believe there's simply nothing there to really master. Heavy mastery likely implies special training to reflexively move more protected spots into incoming attacks to minimize the chances of weaker spots (like joints) suffering damaging blows. Medium mastery probably involves securing swinging, noisier parts more tightly and being much more used to the armors' weights and balances than other, regular users of medium armors.
If anything I would think a Feat for Light Armor would give bonuses to hiding your armor under clothing. Or concealing weapons? I dunno, something stealth and deception oriented.

I put on some light armour, and I can move faster than when not wearing armour ;-)
And dodge projectiles better (or at least anything that gives a dex save)
Clearly this is supple "Matrix leather" that gives the PC an edge by looking edgy. It mechanically asserts rule of cool. Your mind is freed too so +2 to INT/WIS/CHR on top of it. Disadvantage and damage vulnerability to fall saves against rebar or whatever it was that took Trinity out in the last one. Oh wait she's was wearing thermal knit fabrics of vulnerability at that point..

I think I've misread the original post. I saw this and just thought it was about getting light armor proficiency for a wizard.
No clue on why there isn't a "Light armor master"
i think its a balance issue dex is already a super stat. Giving an additional bonus to dex based characters just isn't needed.

Well, I bet the writers just couldn't think of one.
Want more A.C.? Raise Dex.
Want more stealth? That's a different feat. And no disadvantage to remove.
Damage Reduction? Possible but not very thematic. Not like full plate. And wouldn't medium need DR too then?
https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Light_Armor_Master_(5e_Feat) found this. Seems ok.
