So, I got a spell scroll. How do I add the spell?
If you're a wizard, just go to Spells >> Manage Spells >> Known Spells and add the spell from the list.
For all other classes, they can't learn spells from scrolls, just cast them

True... even though it's a one-time casting I want to be able to reference the spell from the char sheet
Your best bet would be to make a magic item that awards a spell. Then the spell will appear on your sheet.
Note that the spell on the scroll has to be on your class spell list for you to use it* , copy it or even read it.
Only clerics can read a scroll of Word of Recall.
*at 13th level a rogue (thief archetype) gains the Use Magic Device feature, allowing them to ignore class/race restrictions.

It was on the class spell list

If anyone is interested in additional tips on how to make scrolls look/function as close to “official” as DDB can make them, I have more detailed instructions here:

There are more tips in some of the posts after that one, not only mine, but other folks posts too.
