It can be done if one of the accounts has a master tier and creates a campaign, or if the two accounts are part of a campaign with someone that has master tier.
Account A creates a copy of a character, then joins a campaign, then clicks "unassign".
Account B then joins the campaign, and claims the character. It now belongs to Account B.
Actually, neither of those things should require any subscription. Whatsoever. Even without a master tier, the “unassign” and “claim” thing should work for character anyway.
As for the homebrew, that should also automatically be available to both characters as long as they are in the same campaign with each other. All that should really be required is for the account with the Homebrewes to copy the URL for a homebrew and then send a PM to the second account with that URL pasted into it, you don’t even need to convert it to a link, the PM should do that automatically. When you log in under the second account and click the link, at the bottom you should be able to click “Add to Collection.”
That second account is not the creator of those homebrews, so cannot edit them at all, but they will be available to use on the character sheets.
Thanks for the clarification. I've had the master tier so long I forget what can and can't be done without it when it comes to sharing across campaigns.
