Yes! You could even do the cantrip first based on the wording of the feature.
Does green flame blade now eat the sword? Since its material has an associated cost?
No. Per the SCAG errata, it just requires a melee weapon with a cost. The spell doesn't say anything about consuming the weapon. Not every spell with a material component that has to be of a certain value is consumed by the spell. Only if the spell says it consumes a component is it eaten by the spell. Compare Chromatic Orb and Revivify for clarification. One consumes components and the other doesn't.
Basically it means you can't BB/GFB with shadowblade anymore. I'm not pleased at all with the bladesong nerf.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.

Per good ol' Jeremy Crawford, Shadowblade with BB and GFB is still a viable option because the spell creates a simple weapon out of shadow. See Below.
As per the nerf to the Bladesong, I think they're balancing it out dramatically with the Extra Attack buff. All the nerf is doing is treating it like the Barbarian's Rage feature, which progresses in much the same way. And the Bladesong doesn't require you to make an attack or take damage to stay active. Think about all those low level Barbarians who LOSE their rage vs never losing a Bladesong.
As DM, I'd totally let the combo work. Shadow Blade creates a simple melee weapon, and if another rule cares about that weapon's value, I'd pick a value from the list of simple melee weapons in the Player's Handbook and apply that value ad hoc to the shadowy blade.
They might have a reason for the bladesong nerf, but it's not a good one. It's supposed to be a melee wizard, and they took away the ability to easily slide into melee when you feel like it. That's a terrible, terrible nerf.
His quote is a houserule, nothing more. Shadowblade has no value. Period. That is the RAW of it.

per Crawford, Shadow Blade is made of gloom, there is no value to it.

It's going to be interesting to see how they change the Bladesinger in TCoE next week. I've always felt it a bit... Lackluster. Some of the subclass features just doesn't feel any good or fun.
Compared to at least 3 other wizard subclasses, I've always found Bladeslinger incredibly weak, never ever saw the appeal. Not enough positives, too many downsides.
The appeal was always bladesong itself to boost AC and to help with conc checks. Now, that's gone for most encounters. In exchange it gets a bit more melee damage. It's not a good trade on paper imo.

It was the only wizard class I ever found even mildly interesting. Wizards put me to sleep. I'm definitely holding on to my archived version.
As a question, in the "Extras" section of your character sheet, is there a way to add the Sidekick classes to your sidekicks or import custom creatures?

It's difficult to me to believe that they'd take the ONE ability that allows a bladesinger to gish it up and dream of surviving in melee combat and nerf it because people complained that it's melee damage output was too weak. So they buff that melee damage output, and nerf the survivability. The fact is, there was nothing at all broken about bladesingers not being able to cast a melee cantrip AND attack.
