The Rodian smiles and ushers you inside, glancing around again before closing the door behind him.
Now, there are seven of you and a Battle Droid in this room as the Rodian takes a seat. “Hello everyone, first, I’d like to introduce myself. I am Tenesi, and I am a recruiter for a Project in the Outer Rim. For this Project, we want people like you, willing to work and capable of defending themselves. So, in order to find these people we offer tasks, and should you complete them then you are welcome among the ranks of those working on the project.” He pauses briefly, gauging some reactions before continuing, “Does an offer such as this interest you? If not then I will ask you to make your exit before I continue.”
T0-M80 stands to the side of the table, unable to take an actual seat. The droid is lively and fidgets around. When the proposition is made, and the opportunity to once again get into space and explore far lands he starts making excited noises/ *Doo dap bop.* - The outer rim? You be your ass I'm interested!
The red flared 'head' of the droid spins around a couple times and his mechanical arm extends in a salute.
The outer rim? Are we not already in the outer rim? I suppose it makes sense that the boundaries of the known universe would have expanded in the two thousand years since I went into cryosleep. Khane seems to ponder the suggestion for a few moments before nodding. "I am still interested. I would hear the rest of your proposal."

“I will take responsibility for what I have done. [...] If must fall, I will rise each time a better man.” ― Brandon Sanderson, Oathbringer.
He followed the Rodian inside and listened to his words. The first thing to caught Tal’Rar’s attention was the certainty with which the Tenesi spoke that they were all capable of defending themselves. The simple fact that they stood there meant that they were willing to work in unusual, maybe less than reputable endeavors even, but he didn’t see anything that spoke of their combat abilities. Does he know our identifies? He questioned masking any distrust. It shouldn’t be possible. The man could not have a way to even know who would show up there, let alone who they actually where. Is he making an assumption given the simple fact that we heard about his offer? Certainly, most individuals attending this kind of cantina knew how to fend for themselves.
“The location is not a problem to me.” He said holding his impetus of asking who were the “us” Tenesi mentioned. “As far as I’m concerned you can count me interested and we can start talking of the task and the payment.”
It was always possible to abandon the quest if it proved too dangerous or the reward offered was too little, but in all honesty Tal’Rar hoped neither to be the case. After all it seemed quite likely that the group represented by the Rodian had more work to offer and Credits were always welcome.
“Alright,” he smiles at T0-M80 “I like you enthusiasm. Now, the task itself is to help one of my allies, Pazia. She is currently detained in the Royal Prison in the Palace. What I need, is for you to find her, break her out, and meet me at the Landing Yard where I will be ready to leave as soon as you’re on board.” He pauses briefly, thinking something over before continuing, “As for your reward, you’ll be off this planet, 4,500 credits richer, and may join the Project, if you wish. Are these terms amenable to you?”
In silence he watched the reaction of the others. In their own manners each and every one of the presents accepted seemed to accept the offer, although one of the Humans seemed too curious about things Tenesi was unlikely to share at that moment and other, rather justifiably, worried about the specifications of the reward. On his part Tal’Rar was more interested to know why I took so long for the Rodian find a group willing to take his mission. Maybe the others abandoned ship when hearing about infiltrating the palace. But if that was the case then why no one knew what the man wanted to hire helped for? The super battle droid, he remembered. That would shut the mouth of anyone who knew too much. Permanently.
“Your terms seem fair to me even if the reward is to be shared amongst the group.”He started, casting his eyes upon the Tenesi. “That said I not only second my colleagues questions but would like some more practical of my own: How is your ship? What about Pazia? We will need descriptions to identify both. Do you have a means of entering the palace? Do you have any maps or constructions plan of it? Any idea of in which cell Pazia is contained? What information do you have about security? I mean anything from number and rotation of guards to mechanical vigilance machinery and troops arsenal. Is there any exploitable security fail, like an area under construction or a corrupt guard?”
“Well, unfortunately that is the credit total for the group but there is far more to be earned on the Project. And at the moment I am not at liberty to share what exactly the Project is, but if you do this task then I will able to provide you with more information.” He pauses again, considering the yours questions and the answers that he can provide.
“I will say this, the intent of this task is to prove both that you are capable and helpful that you are on our side, which is to say, not directly allied with the Empire. As for Pazia, she is a Gran and she’s in prison for some underground deals she made to acquire a number of droids like the two I have with me. Her most recognizable characteristic is that she’s missing an eye and she’ll be able to recognize our ship in the landing yard, but it is a civilian shuttle with some modifications.”
”In terms of the prison I know very little, that is your job. But, I do know that one entrance is in the Eastern Wing of the palace. As far as any corrupt guards or weak-links in that defense, I would argue that they’re all corrupt but from what I can tell there are some who have grown skeptical of the laws they need to enforce. If you could find some of those individuals they might help you, and if you bring them with you to the ship as more recruits then maybe you’ll even get a bonus!”
T0-M80 wobbles on the spot at the value of cash on offer. As far as he is concerned this was a rescue mission, and heroes rescue people. This would make him a hero, he was sure of that. And it was a crime against the empire, surely a double win.
A little extondo arm shoots out of his frame and clangs again his 'head' unit in a salute.
**Ba Doobaa.** - I'm in. At T0-M80 at your service.
He was not surprised by the absence of information on the part of their employer. If Tenesi knew as much about the palace’s defenses then his battle droid could deal with job for free. That or at least Rodian would be looking for a specific number of people, rather than spread that he was simply hiring help.
“All fair points and I like the idea of a bonus.” He said with honest, pleased to see that the Type II droid was more than willing to help. It was more than likely the mechanic one could deal with any security system. “That said it would be helpful to know her skin and eyes color in case some other Gran is in the prison and the guards have gauged their eyes.”
In Tal’Rar’s experience mutilation was a fairly common form of torture and torture was a common way to treat prisoners. At least in the underworld. If half of what was said about the Empire was truth, then the Twi’lek wouldn’t put it behind the palace guard either.
“Now, you mentioned skeptical guards.” He said considering the possibility that they could find yet another ally. One inside of the prison they had to infiltrate. “Would there be an establishment that such individuals recurringly attend? Some place for entertainment.”All the better if the entertainment involves getting drunk, he thought starting to make plans.
Khane stands motionless for a few seconds before speaking "I have a second question. Who is Pazia? I have never heard of her, but that is to be expected. The curious thing is that none of these people seem to have either, and if she was at all notorious I have no doubt at least one of them would have. My first thought would be a revolutionary, someone who opposes the Royals or the Empire directly, but there are a number of other occupations that I could think of that would have her locked up, from drug smuggler to author of a book that the government did not like." Despite the fact that nothing had changed, his mask looks less ornamental, and more ominous. Almost as if something was coiled under the swirling designs, waiting to escape. "Who is Pazia, Tenesi?"
“Pazia’s skin is kind of dulled red color, there’s likely a record of where the prisoners are located in the Palace so she’d be in it. In terms of who she is the Head of Economics on Project, she handles the most major of business transactions and keeps our funds straight. I don’t know her all that well but she’s a pretty level-headed person from what I can tell.”
“Those kinds of guards would obviously be at the palace, but otherwise they might be here at the Frozen Kova when off duty. They also could gather around the City Center.”
Turning to Nima he thinks for a moment. “The Free Ryloth Movement… well we had a few Project members helping out over there for a while. That area isn’t really my jurisdiction but if you want me to get you in contact with someone involved I certainly can.”
He smiles at T0-M80, “It’s a pleasure to meet you, and glad you’re two on board,” he says, gesturing towards Jax as well. “Speaking of, I think some introductions may be in order.”
"I am Lebenha, you can call me Leb" says the young human woman "And I will do my best to help free her"
Her voice sounded more confident that she felt. There was still too many questions and too many secrets but she knows that it is hard to trust in these troubled times.
"I am Khane. I am looking forward to...working with you all." Khane ponders the rodian's words. Evidently he did not want to reveal their true intentions yet. That is all well, time reveals all.

The Outer Rim... never been out there... and the Empire's grip is a lot less outside the core worlds...
"I'd definitely like to hear more.." as she puts her feet up on the table.

Nima shrugs. "Sure." Even if she wasn't, it's not like she has a choice in the matter.
