(Ok I found the dice roller by going to desktop view. I would like to make a Perception check with a +6. When I use the roller 6 under abilities it's got roll 4d6 not a d20 +6. a Ability scores: 910179815
"Hold on! Just a minute!" Pops goes to back of the wagon and grabs his walking cane, spell book, and Travel pack. He files his notes and pencils away and rushes out to meet the shadow of Blue Dragon, which shouldn't be here. They like desert climates.
Every morning for the past two months Pops felt like an idiot casting Mage Armor on himself and performing a ritual of Find Familiar but this time it paid off. Its official, Professor Pops is now an adventurer.
"I'm coming, I'm coming, You young bucks got them quick knees!"
(Yah, the abilities tab for the dice roller is for rolling ability scores. For ability checks you just use the Basic tab, for attacks you can do the combat tab to automatically roll both the attack roll and damage roll, and will automatically hadnle the extra damage from crits).
Perception check 13. Looking to see how big the dragon is, and if there are more than one or minios.
It's hard to tell from this distance, but from what you can see you guess it's probably a full-grown adult. You can see a lot of people running around the town, but from here you can't tell if they might be townsfolk or minions.

(Rockcrusher, who I'm assuming is the one you said went running past you, never actually said he was moving anywhere yet, just getting ready to go :P. But I'm happy to assume you've all started towards the town).
The sun moves behind the horizon as you approach the town. The darkness highlights the light of the fires burning throughout the city. As you get closer, it becomes clear that it isn't just the dragon attacking the city, but that it is also being looted.
It's hard to tell, especially in the dark. You don't see any kind of uniforms or anything else to easily distinguish looters from townsfolk. The exception to this is that some groups you see moving around the city contain to be composed of Kobolds, while a few others you can see appear to include drakes or giant lizards.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I put an paw on Rockcrusher's shoulder and say
"It takes a very bold or stupid spy to be caught with poeple you don't know, when your friengs are sacking a town. He is probably innocent, keep an eye on him, but lets go help the town."
As I finish talking I roll a Perception check 24 looking for for the closest drake or lizard and if in range (80 ft./320 ft.) take a shot at it, if not run closer. I do have nightvision

(How do you make quotes blue?)
(When you have the post controls visible in landscape, you can change font color. Generally people will each pick a color for their character to make it more obvious when they're actually talking)

(Not sure if there's a problem with my phone or if Android is different from IOS, but the color palette may or may not work. I've tried it served times. I will stick to Bold when I talk.)
"Dragons! What a sight to see!" expresses Deekin with awe. Although Deekin can understand Draconic, he has never actually spoken to a dragon, let alone seen one. The chance that these dragons would let him simply walk up to them and strike up a conversation is likely slim to none, but Deekin hops toward the embarking barbarian, humming an unusual tune.
I see someone big running past me towards the town with a warhammer. I pull out my short bow and follow him.
(Not seeing anything like a dice roller, even when in landscape. Do I need to go somewhere outside the thread?)

"This is much distressing." Pops holds tighter to his walking cane and keeps moving forward.

I turn to Deekin and demand “are these your kin? What it’s the meaning of this!”

Deekin, Kobold Bard (2) in Hoard of the Dragon Queen
Ix'altha, Kobold Rogue (1) in Shackled City
"These Kobolds are no kin of mine, but I may be able to identify where they came from." How do I make a perception roll?
