 Lazaren promptly walks over and selects Garagas. 

Everyone goes over and begin looking at the three options, chatting to each other, considering, and then deciding. 

And the winner is...

I love suspense. See you in a while.

"Garagas, you are now in charge of this here vessel."  Fincher checks an imaginary watch on his wrist.  "You have 10 minutes until the battle begins. The other two teams are positioned somewhere around Mars, so you are going to have to locate them as well a engage in battle. Do as you wish, but for the most part we will be overriding you if you kill your own teammates or send them on suicide missions."  Fincher now leaves, and only all the lancers and the pilots remain.
