"Not good..."Ghadath said under his breath then he glanced at the Sahuagin that had thrown the grapnel at Karson. He takes a deep breath before firing an arrow at it.
Attack: 14 Damage: 8 piercing damage
Flashback on Daekas swift move in saving Karson:
Karson was standing at the edge of the stern and about to be pulled down.
*Slash!*
A dagger fly-by, cutting through the ropes, with a keen look on Daekas's face. "That was close, thank you Daekas." Karson is breathing heavily as he moves himself a bit further away from the water.
(not pulled into water, lighting and spear damage reversed as advise, and revised for a spellslot as well)
"Don't thank me yet." Dakas simply nodded to her teammate, making sure he was able to breathe on his own before facing the water monster. What best beats water? Fire. She had a slim chance to do too much, as the monster was currently in the water, but she didn't want to lose any other weapons in the vast, dark ocean. She used a fire bolt cantrip, aiming towards the water monster.
As the bolt flies out from her fingers, it flies straight and true…but unfortunately the water seems to suppress it a bit rather than otherwise. It still hits, but it’s effect seems to be reduced.
ooc-not getting to squash player creativity here, but rules as written say that creatures in water have resistance to fire damage.
Karson, you’re up.

Oh, yeah-forgot everyone was invisible here-but I’ll allow the attack cause you knew where he was and could see the rope in his hands.

Out of the corner of your eyes, someone sees a reef shark, heading towards the boat. It rams into it( Karson, you can make your attack.) and you each need to make a DC10 dex save or fall prone.
The second Sahuagin that you saw, the one be the stern, is going to swim 30 ft underwater.
Gabriel, youre up
