Hello, and thank you for checking out this thread! I am going to be DMing the Radiant Citadel in person eventually, so I'm hoping this is good practice. This is my first time being a dungeon master online, but I have DMed before in The Lost Mine Of Phandelver, and a homebrew campaign. I am looking for 4-6 level 1 players that have a little knowledge of the radiant citadel, but have not played it before. If you want to use homebrew, run it through me first. Post character sheets below, with backstory.
Duanphen found her way to the citadel some months ago from Siabsungkoh. She is not quite sure how she got there, only that she was running through the night with a particularly nasty krahang after her and stupidly smashed her head into a low hanging branch. When she woke up she was in the Citadel...she knows that someone must have brought her here through the ruby but is unsure why or who.
She is not particularly eager to get home but knows that she has responsibilities there to both the living and dead that cannot be ignored for too much longer.
A powerful Demon named Bawhb had his body destroyed (in a way he refuses to elaborate) and then his spirit was lost in the material plane. Kathibelle was a merchant, not doing so well in the business. One day, a boulder from a nearby mountain was about to destroy her and her cart when suddenly an eldritch blast destroyed the boulder. Bawhb had entered her brain giving her powers. De doesn't control her, he is just there for a ride, giving her warlock magic, until he regains power to find himself his own body again. The two of them talk to each other frequently (Where she is the only one who can hear Bawhb). They like to annoy each other (Which will set up for some comedic moments) Once she lost her cart due to bankruptcy, she decided to become an adventurer just to pay the bill (she didn't initially want to). During her first attempt at a quest, a weird warp appeared, sucking her in with her popping out at the radiant Citadel, where the campaign would start from. She would want to find a way home as soon as she could.
He was just a baby when a pair of adventurers killed his clan. Those same adventurers then took pity on him and adopted him as their own son. He has learned much from them, and now strikes out to have adventures of his own.
Born in the Darthian Forest just south of the Kilmar Moutains (the coldest part of the realm) and east of the Hemnor sea. My parents were killed at a young age by frost giants storming through the forest looking for food. I was sent to learn under and elder of my collective. While learning my skills of the forest I learned how to survive on my own. I have always be frugal almost to a fault and hate to waste resources. Once I reached the age of independence I left my mentor and went to avenge my parents death against any beast or giant I could find. My tale continues until my heart is satified.
Personality: Vicious, almost beastlike in any sort of competition. Debate (which he sucks at), intimidating people (which he sucks a little less at), and fighting (something he's actually good at)
Backstory:
Morgran Diamondhammer was born in the midst of a raging wildfire. Although his parents perished, Morgran, against all odds, was rescued by a pack of wolves(somehow). The wolves taught him their ways, as he learned to fight, and survive in the wilderness. Eventually, a tribe of barbarians met him. He was so ferocious in his fighting them, that they decided to take him in, despite his young age. They honed his fighting skills, until he decided to leave. He decided to try to make his own way in the world and so became an adventurer.
Originally a Dawngreet of Skola Vale, Mirri Goldenhorn travelled far from home, singing songs of the ways of the satyrs, inviting others to the revels and praising Nylea. As she travelled further afield, her ties to home weakened and she became more captivated by experiencing everything each new culture had to offer. She left the role of Dawngreet and while she still follows Nylea and takes part in the revels, she is more interested in exploring new cultures than being.an ambassador for Skola Vale. She is especially intrigued by the culinary arts, travelling to explore and indulge in exotic new tastes.
Mirri is in the Radiant Citadel to eat, drink and be merry.
A scion of a minor noble aasimar clan, Medqull was until recently relatively untroubled by dreams visited by his deva. When offered a chance to play a small role in a diplomatic mission to the Radiant Citadel, Medqull was uninterested, until a nightmare convinced him that something terrible would happen if he refused.
Background: Sin is a talented actress, acrobat, and juggler at a fiendish traveling circus that shows up in a town for a night, attracts a crowd, and begins a chaotic revelry that often turns into a bloodbath. She was once the heir of a minor house that seriously control-freaked over her, so she literally ran away to the circus, where she made a demonic pact and began a line of hedonism and self-expression. She's very loyal to the circus (which is always moving and as such has no places of interest and all places of interest nearby).

I do not have any knowledge of radiant citadel but am interested in playing. No worries if my lack of knowledge of the campaign disqualifies me.
