"Not interested. My you have lovely wings. How about trading us all of your feathers on one of your wings? You can always regrow your feathers" says the creature on the right
"So No legs. I'm sure that I'm prepared for the feathers to be honest. I don't think that this whole adventure has lasted a week yet and I bet it will take that long to grow back. I don't want to be grounded for that long. Look, the main thing we need is the horn. We have some potions and myself and Finley can both give up singing. What do you say?"

"That sounds better than me leg, we could use some tarot cards or small bones or other such things, if ye have them" Finley chuckles nervously. "Sounds like a fair deal ta me."
"Sure we can give you some tarot cards" the creature places 2 jars and the tarot cards on the counter. He then says "That is a Deal" Your throat become parched as some essence is drawn from you.
Once the jars and potion form the party are stowed away the creature on the right placed the unicorn horn on the counter.
Finley coughs and reaches over to pick up the alicorn and the cards. He says loudly, "Thanks for that then, ah suppose our business is concluded."He motions for the others to leave with him as he starts to walk away.

Finley coughs and reaches over to pick up the alicorn and the cards. He says loudly, "Thanks for that then, ah suppose our business is concluded."He motions for the others to leave with him as he starts to walk away.
Valrieth eyes the cards with interest as they are placed on the counter, but she follows Finley's lead as the Trio walks away. She says, "So, are we not interested in the Moonlight Monocle or any additional weapons for Gan-Re?" Val tries to ask the question quietly to ensure that the vendors don't hear her, but she forgets that she cannot whisper. She winces at how loud her voice sounds on the empty boardwalk.
"Ah'm about ready ta leave this place meself. We can rest for a short bit of course 'afore we do." Finley says walking away from the shop, looking down at the monocle as he examines it. "We need th' horn to free our good friend if th' poetry of Mr. Light is correct. Although ah'm unsure how we'll go about using it until we get to where we must use it."

Valrieth looks at the horn to see whether her Detect Magic reveals an aura of any particular school of magic.
Val says, "Thank you for buying the Moonlight Monocle, Finley! I don't think that you have any trouble seeing in the dark, right? But I'm sure that Gan-Re or I will be able to put it good use." She holds the monocle up to one eye and looks around. While it's foggy, it's still bright, so she can't really tell how much it will help them in the dark, yet. "I'm sure that there are places in Prismeer that are not as bright and...um...pleasant as it has been here in Hither." She sounds a bit doubtful as she says that, looking at sagging buildings of Downfall and remembering trudging through the muddy swamp for the last couple of days.
"And thank you so much for driving a good bargain and getting me these cards!" Val looks at a couple of cards and imagines using them to tap into the Fates and get some hint at the future. Maybe she could even help them to determine the best places to look for Clapperclaw's missing head. When she finally puts them back in her pouch and drags her attention back to the present, she sees that the Trio has crossed the walkway back toward the palace and the proving grounds.
Val points at the smaller building (D8) and says, "Gan-Re, while you rest, Finley and I will check out this hut. I think that it's the last building that we haven't explored so far. After that, it's either back the way we came or heading out over the water. Sir Talavar said that the hag lived in a hut 'in the middle of Downfall.' If that's over there somewhere...,"she gestures vaguely in the direction of D12. Then, pointing more directly south where the thick fog obscures anything beyond the palace (D11), she says, "it seems like there must be more of the village on the other side of this pond. Maybe we could find someone to take us across to that side of Downfall. And hopefully, we'll find someone who can tell us more about the hag herself."

"Ah don't know what else ta give of my own. Ah can make a new one.." Finley shrugs, looking to Valrieth and then Gan-Re.

"20 sp for the monocle" says the creature on the left as they both can hear what you say
"That's not too bad, aye?" Finley shrugs, "If yer wantin' th' monocle of course."

Do you come back and pay for the monocle?
What do you do?
Finley will pay for the monocle, slapping down 2 gold pieces. “Ah’ll take it!”

The creature on the right gives Finley the monocle and takes the 2 gp.
The monocle is exactly like the goggles of night and someone can add that to their inventory.
"So. I still need a rest really. Where to next?"

"Also now that we have the horn. Any idea what it does or what we do with it?"
