Sinak goes up to the guard near the case, after having dusted and cleaned, clearing tables and trying to make everything clean. “Whew! I’m spent! Going on break, you should too. I need a cup of joe to pick me up.” Sinak heads to the line and gets some Otto’s irresistible noodles and a cup of coffee, then sits down to enjoy them. When he catches Falkas or Elovar’s eye, he puts a finger up to the side of his nose, indicating that the game is on. If he catches Sorith’s eye, he nods to her.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
These are professional players, so it's hard for Sorith to tell what is going on.
Anaïs Bellefleur - Seems claim, but unhappy Lahdia Mizreem- Is very happy and confident, the drow is acting like they have won already Nightshade - Is playing to the crowd and is spending more time talking to the staff then the players. They seem unconcerned Ruthie Swifford - seems uncomfortables

Gan-Re: Aarakocra Barbarian - The Wild Beyond the Witchlight | DM - Keys of Empire
Overall, card players apart from Lahdia, seem scared of the combination of Sorith and Jetta. These are card players, not fighters, and the large dragonborn seems aggressive and much stronger than them. Normally they could rely on guards to help, but Jetta's involvement makes this uncertain. Other PC’s in the room hear discussions that Sorith is probably one of the Jetta’s famous berserkers and people are making side bets on who Sorith is going to kill and if the guards will actually get involved.
Anyone can roll a history check to remember something about the Moore family.

Sorith please any checks or other actions that you want to make or the card if you are ready to lay it. Note that you still have benefit on cha checks from the Vrak. Other PC's let me know any actions that you want to make.
Card players will start raising bets on the next round.

Sinak keeps eating his noodles with gusto and sipping on his coffee, turning to Falkas and says quietly. “Yeah, got a good look at it. Locked, Well’ard has the key, and there are runes protecting it as well. So, what is our play? Are we going to wait and see if Sorith can win it? She doesn’t seem too confident… but, the others seem a little - I don’t know, scared of her? Do you have any ideas? How are we gonna get this thing?” Sinak grins to himself at the name of the noodles. “Yep, they are pretty irresistible …“ he says to himself.

(OOC: For simplicity, I'll assume that Elovar was already with Falkas and Sinak as this conversation is happening.)
Elovar glances around to ensure that no one is eavesdropping on their conversation. (Perception21)
"Runes? Hm. Hopefully, the runes protect the cabinet itself, and we only need to open the lock to remove the statue. If you need an excuse to get the key and take out the statue, I could 'accidentally' spill something on the cabinet and then create a minor illusion to make it look like the spill somehow got behind the glass and on the statue. Once you have the statue, I could cast an illusion of the statue still in the cabinet to give us 1 minute to get out of the room and head toward the exit, but I do not have the skill to make a moving illusion. We'd have to figure out how to do the swap in a way that no one notices."
"But I'd also like to see whether we can make this little excursion more profitable for us. What do you think, too ambitious?"
Elovar briefly tosses out some ideas. With such a small crew, he doesn't think that they could do both parts simultaneously. They could take the statue first. Then, when most of the guards are focused on recovering the statue, maybe they could hit to the vault? But that seems like a good way to get trapped between Virgil and the guards.
Or, better, if they could somehow disable the guards in the monitoring room, they could swipe some things from the vault first -- not everything, just enough to pay for the boat and to make this job worth their while. Then, as soon as that's done, get the statue and get out. Hopefully, they'd be gone before anyone realizes that no one is monitoring the mirrors.
"The big problem -- literally -- is Virgil. I'm sure that he'd attack as soon as we take anything...or maybe even as soon as we enter the vault. We'd need a way to disable him. Or at least a way to defeat him quietly and without raising an alarm. If Well'ard knows, maybe I could charm it out of him?"
"I'd love to make more money, of course." Falkas glances over his shoulder, "We could always assist Sorith with cheating in some way, if any of you have the magic or tricky hands to do so. I believe that we could also find a way to stall the card game until tomorrow so that we get in and out at night without anyone knowing and head into the vault if we've found a way to deal with Virgil by then."He sighs, putting his head in his hands, "If this place even sleeps."
He turns around in his chair to lean his back against the bar, who does Ms. Moore remind him of?

OK. Next card game is starting. Sorith please roll your dice, 5 d12
Gan-Re: Aarakocra Barbarian - The Wild Beyond the Witchlight | DM - Keys of Empire
First roll: 12
Second roll: 8
Third roll: 5
Fourth roll: 5
Fifth roll: 10
(All rolled on the dice roller on the character sheet. Not bad this time around... I think? I know nothing of these kind of card games. XD)
(Yep those are good rolls. Obviously the other players won't know about them)

But his memory is fuzzy. He raises the question with Falkas and Sinak and will help them by providing any details he can remember.
