Assuming that the half orcs are not overly alarmed when Bennett transforms, Hatt will make his way over to Mr Pebb Good day again, sir. Sorry to bother you, I just wanted to come over and offer my thanks for your assistance, and your generosity in this matter. I'm very glad that everything seems to have been resolved.
"Yup, now all you can leave." He rocks back and fourth, "Y'all been paid so ain't no other reason for your band to stay."
Why yes, I agree, and we shall be on our way immediately Hatt says. Thank you once again. Just one thing, though; I do hope you will reconsider, and send word to the authorities in Cresthall about these events. These people might be members of a dangerous cult that threatens the city, and the city should be warned, don't you think? It's really the responsible and the right thing to do. We could even carry a letter on your behalf, if you like. He smiles encouragingly at Pebb, and watches his face carefully for a reaction.
Jebb sighs, a deep frown sets in, "And start a crusade against the south again? They've only started to show growth after the damage we did half a century ago. If you all spread word, all it'll do is send a few curious sorts. If I send word, they'll trust it and send a legion down there." He looks over the workers, "Might even start here to be sure...So all of you leave my village."
(Does Hatt believe that he's worried about innocent civilians dying in a war, or does he have more selfish reasons? Insight: 20 )
Regardless of the result, Hatt nods understandingly. Yes, a most difficult decision, to weigh the safety of one group against that of another. And with an evil cult on the move, what will happen to the world, if it goes unopposed? I shall pray to the Goddess that she guides our hands and our thoughts in this. And with that, he bows and walks away, back to the others.
You can't tell his true intentions, whether it be cause he was on their side or just cares for the workers here.
(I'm not going to RP Aurelia cause that'll be too weird.)
Aurelia stirs from her sleep and stands up to join the group. She'll remind you all of the job with the four thousand and five hundred gold payout back at the tavern.
"Hmm, not bother with that now." Karra says to his companions. "For now, return and get reward, yes? Work out what to do when back and rested."
Karra is attempting to basically separate the group from Jebb so they can get going before Jebb gets any more reason to dislike the party. He can tell that this is a man who will hold a grudge, and has some sense in his words, though Karra doesn't know the whole story yet.
(Unfortunately Hatt is young, currently filled with righteous fervour, and not a very good judge of character :) )
Crispy liked what Hatt said, and as Pebb spoke, her eyes narrowed to slits at his reaction, but she didn't say anything. It would be foolish, for now, to piss off the man twice in one day. But, as she expected, his answer was not what she was thinking he'd say, and inside she smiled knowing that further investigation might be required. But carefully.
Bennett nods in agreement with Karra. "Let's head back to the city." He bows to Pebb, "Thank you for taking us in after we all got knocked the **** out."
((Also, I couldn't help but notice in the campaign overview screen thing, you're still level 3 Karra. We leveled up to 4. Just letting you know so you can kick even more ass as a level 4 rogue))

Hatt walks next to Gasp as they head back along the road to Cresthall, quietly turning the day's events over in his mind.
As the group makes their way back, Ashley proclaims Aside from that last bit were they made us go a little crazy and beat ussenseless, I think we did alright today. I wouldn't mind it if we all kept working togather.

Bennett nods in agreement to Ashley and looks at Crispy, "We are all crazy, it's just a matter of what degree. I dig this group we have, I feel like we work well together."

Crispy sat next to Ashley as they entered the tavern. She made sure they all sat as a group, for she appreciated the team, and appreciated how Ashley’s eyes sparkled. She waved a barmaid over and ordered some drinks, but made sure Ashley didn’t pay. When the drinks came, she raised a glass and said, “To us!” and then she turned to Ashley with a softer voice and said, “To you..and..maybe me.”
