Current Character(s): Marcon Domine level 2 monk in Lost Mine of Phandelver
Current Campaigns: Icewind Dale: Rime Of the Frostmaiden, Princes of the Apocalypse
Four things I hate in D&D: People who think the tarasque is the most powerful (an empyrean or kraken can beat it), players trying to seduce bad guys (it's funny though), when a monster roles a NAT 20 (everyone hates that), rolling a NAT 1 (everyone hates that)
(Yes, Soren sees him, as does anyone who observes Torg's as they set up.) It is about 3 in the afternoon. Torg's will set up today, then stay in Targos for the next two days. The new moon is tonight. Remember that new moon is when Kaltro strikes.

"Why are we waiting?" Juliet asked. "If that's him, why don't we just settle this now? If we let him out of our sight, he could simply strike again. Do we want to put an innocent personat risk?"
"Think about what would happen if we killed a man in broad daylight. It would take a miracle for Korfer to convince bystanders that we did it because we think he's the murderer"

"That's... a fair point," she conceded. "Even if we know he's dishonorable, it would be a challenge to make sure everyone else understands. We can follow your plan. I just hope we catch him before he can strike."
"Too bad the road wasn't longer, I was getting better at driving this sled. Rintintin and I were just about to try a new speedy slalom move and jumping over rocks!
Soran, i'm happy to help this investigation any way i can. I will go talk to those merchants "
Korfer untie the dog from the sled and make a leash to bring Rintintin with him
"Come with me Rintintin! We have an important mission!"
Kato suggests"What if we all just stake out for a little bit and see if we can get him alone for a few minutes? We may be able to get him to talk. Get him in a position alone where he doesn't have a choice and we can get it out of him."
Kato's piercing feline eyes don't look away from Kaltro. Internally he worries that he could strike at any moment.
"It would be best to not lose him like Juliet said. If he has any idea that people are onto him, he may strike early and get out of here."
Kato grips his sun amulet around his neck and says a quick prayer to give him the strength to protect his new friends, and the people of this town that are in danger.
"As long as we stay subtle, I doubt Kaltro will have any clue we are here for him. Brother Thaddeus, what do you think of the matter? You're wisdom as a cleric would be much appreciated."

(How far away is Kaltro from us right now? If he is within 60 feet I want to do the following, otherwise just cut out the divine sense part)
While I pray to Khorvaire, and drifting my focus, now while we aren't really moving I truly notice how cold it is. With that thought, and seeing this man, not wearing any winter covering, I would like to use my Divine Sense, through my holy symbol.
“Khorvaire, whose mane blazes across blowing fields, grant me the strength to shield those in peril. Let my claws be swift, my heart unwavering. Lend me your senses. What stirs in the hidden corners? What secrets lie beneath the snow?"

Juliet and Kato both remember something Hlin told them as they were leaving. She suggested wating until Kaltro was by himself to confront him.

Does Soren see him anywhere near where Torgs is setting up? Or is he out of sight?
