"Sorry, darling." The lady informs Friedrych. "This gent just bought the last o' the apple tarts." She gestures to Akaas.
The Blacksmiths
Chetin pays his gold coin to the young apprentice while the dwarf continues to work, the methodical clanging feeling somewhat melodic in the background. "Thank you fer ya patronage, sir." The lad tells Chetin, handing over a bundle of crossbow bolts neatly tied up with string.
The groups begin to return to the tavern. For now, an excerpt from Friedrych's Guide to Taverns:
The Green Diamond is named after the founding of the town. The stories say a wealthy land merchant bought the entire village's area for the cost of one large diamond, and gave the owner an emerald as security should the tavern get into financial troubles. While not a largely mentioned tavern, there hasn't been any negative reviews about the location, most likely due to its speciality ciders and the community being based on friendly families of wealthy lords and ladies.
"Hail, Crimson Fang," Chetin says as he enters the tavern, "I've managed to gather a some more bolts for myself. Shall we rest here for the night then return to the city next morn?"
"We'll need to find a way to transport the stuff we gathered back. plus we do not have that merchant symbol on our cart, so we will have to be careful."

After having finished the pastry, Friedrych chimes in on the conversation. 'Knowing our luck, perhaps someone here needs an escort back to the city tomorrow. Though we could also take the scenic route and go around the marshes.' He takes out a handkerchief from one of his pockets and hands it over to Luthollal, who is two bites away from being half covered in apple tart filling. 'Of course, the best thing would be a local wizard of some sort who could just teleport us back.' He pauses for a moment to look at the entrance, half hoping that said wizard would magically materialise out of thin air, as wizards are wont to do. 'Worst case we buy a cart but I'm open to suggestions.'
At the mention of a teleportation-providing wizard, Akaas stops mid-bite and looks at Friedrych. "Is that possible? Teleportation from here to Greenholden?"
The portly human with orange frizzy hair comes over to the group's table. "Well, would ye like to order anythin' sweethearts? We've got some prime ciders locally brewed. We can also offer rooms for the night if yer needing them."

'That is what wizards do.' Friedrych shrugs his shoulders. 'Study the laws of nature just to break them because hey, magic.'
He turns his attention to the inn's employee. 'Would that be apple cider perchance? And how much do you charge for a room?'
"Well what else do you make cider out of?" The woman chuckles. "Yes, of course it's apples. As for the rooms, there's two beds a room for just a gold a night. If you need a hot bath, we can have one run for ye, all within the same costs."
"Actually," Chetin takes out a bag, "I have a bag of holding if that helps. We might be able to carry most of the goods in it on our way back. Unless we do find a wizard." Chetin takes a silver out, "I'd like to have a cider please!"
"A bath ..." Akaas repeats in a slow drawl. His eyes go soft as he imagines the activity. He pulls a gold from his purse and offers it to the woman. "I'll take a room and a bath," the halfling says with a smile.
The barkeep takes the gold coin from Akaas, placing it down the front of her shirt for safekeeping. "Sure thing, sir. If you let me know about a half hour before you want your bath we can have it run. I'll bring you a key over in a moment." She wanders off to get the ciders and returns with a room key. "Yours is the second door on the left when you head upstairs."
Chetin blushes a little at the compliment, "Th-thank you, ma'am. Anyway any objections? Stay for the night and look for a job heading to city or just head back ourselves?"
Chetin takes a gold out, "I'll have one then, please." He'll wait for the dwarf to finish her forging before giving it to her.

Akaas holds up his bounty to Friedrych. "Take as many as you like," he smiles.
Chetin dips his head, "Thank you, have a good day." He says his farewells and makes for the inn to meet with the others.

"Sure, gorgeous." She gives Chetin a wink. "We have a few on tap, including First Summer's Fruit. It's only 5 copper a pint."
