"Let's see how you like this, big guy!" Necyra exclaimed, her voice filled with a mischievous glint.
Necyra casts Wall of Fire (7th level) at the dragon, encircling it. The dragon must pass a DC17 DEX Saving Throw or suffer from 41 fire damage (or half that on a successful save).
Wall of Fire must be on a solid surface. If you cast this, you can melt the treacherous ice.
OOC: Yep, I'd still like to have cast that spell. Create a ringed wall 20 feet in diameter, 20 feet high, and 1 foot thick. I've no idea how large this dragon is, and if it's flying or on the ground. And how high up is the ceiling of this vault we're in? If the dragon is standing on the ground, I'd like the flame to be a cylinder around it. If the dragon is flying, then it might pass through the flames when flying around or landing.
Necyra maintained her focus, her will channeling the magical energy that fueled the spell Wall of Fire. The flames continued to dance and writhe, a formidable barrier against the Lunar Dragon. As a secondary action (requiring no concentration) she casts her Mage Hand cantrip and summons a spectral hand, its ethereal form shimmering into existence. With a flick of her wrist, she guided the hand towards the Rod of Seven Parts (5th Piece), hovering between Teremini's distracted outstretched hands.
"Let's see if this dragon likes a little souvenir to remember us by," she muttered with a mischievous grin, as the spectral hand reached out and gently grasped the rod piece, pulling it towards her.
Not gonna lie, debating using silvery barbs on that save, but then Yurgojin wouldn't have his shield and <gasp> actually get hit...
Trystane can do Silvery Barbs on this one, too, though it is a stretch to say that he would have anticipated the dilemma he is in now. I kind of feel that it is cheesy, because it was a great move by Tremeni and it would be hell to undo it all.
(Trystane's turn is against the rules by RAW and I understand if it isn't allowed but I think it would be fair game.)
Unable to do anything but pray that Tremeni will lose concentration on their spell that keeps him trapped, he prepares an ancient curse for the vile elf. He approaches to within 30ft of the elf and draws on the power of his own life force to ready an amplified Blood Curse of the Muddled Mind for as soon as he sees anyone damaging the mage.
Action (if allowed because it technically readies a Bonus action which isn't allowed RAW): ready amplified Blood Curse of the Muddled Mind for when the mage is damaged by someone.
Blood Curse of the Muddled Mind: As a bonus action, you curse a creature you can see within 30 ft. of you that is concentrating on a spell or a feature that requires concentration. The cursed target has disadvantage on the next CON saving throw it makes to maintain concentration before the end of your next turn.
Amplify (pay 1d8 HP by way of necrotic damage). The cursed creature has disadvantage on all CON saving throws made to maintain concentration until the end of your next turn.

The party are above the roof of the vault, maybe 80 feet above the top of the vault. The ritual has created bridges of light creating a plane and large discs, 60 ft diameter are floating on this bridge of light, call it a moonbridge. The central disc has Tremeni on it and you arrived on another such disc. Above you is just sky. Tremeni opened a portal over 100 feet directly above the central disc. The Adult Lunar Dragon had to move 80 feet just to get into position to breath on Tremeni, then the next turn he landed on one of the discs to fight Yurgojin. The discs are each 60 foot diameter and the dragon is huge so 15 ft by 15 ft base.

then goes to Talorin's turn
IF Tremeni now fails
Hoping to immobilize the dragon and pierce through yet another resistance Talorin holds his hands to his head and unleashes a bolt of psychic energy as he flies above the slippery ice.
ELSE IF Tremeni still succeeds against Hold Monster
Talorin rips another star from his robe of stars and looses it against the mage.
[[ I'm not sure if it's possible to sublte-spell this since it requires ripping a star off the robe, but if possible he'd spend 1 sorcery point to subtle-it, otherwise will be getting a reaction in to counterspell a counterspell ]]
