Radagast follows his companion towards the fray. “Lizard folk, I hate lizard folk,” he says under his breath. He mutters a spell followed by a skeletal hand reaching out to cling to the lizard folk.
All of you should be close enough now to do a melee attack with or without some movement. So go ahead and post in any order and I'll compile when you have each posted.
With the reptilian beast dead on the ground Keyleth turns her attention to the reptilian humanoid off to her left which the elf, the human and the dwarf are charging. She backs up from it, drawing her bow, just as she sees a handaxe whistle past the lizardperson's head, and the skeletal hand produced by her wizard companion's spell grips its throat. Once she is in position about 80 feet from the creature, she holds the string of her bow, her sight trained at the lizard person's chest, then releases the bowstring.
Kirinar didn't want to ignite a full-out war with the lizardfolk, but he was also duty-bound to protect his town and, by extension, this group. Dashing towards the creature, he blocks its attack with his shield, then follows with a strike from his morningstar as an arrow hits it squarely in the chest...
With what seems to be a full on attack by he and this new band of adventures upon this Lizardfolk, Ransyl joins in on the attack with a powerful slash with his greataxe.

Faen, following the lead of the rest of her newfound friends, deals a two handed blow with her quarter staff to the lizardfolk. (That is if it isn’t already down)

With the battle clearly over the quiet of the swamp returns. You survey the damage and in looking around you see that Allendale is no longer in sight. You easily see his tracks returning the way the party came earlier. He is gone.
The 2 groups meet up and you can introduce yourselves and share whatever info you wish, and post your after battle actions.. At some point have one (only one) of you roll a survival check, you decide who.
Also, loving the RP of the actions. But please put in brackets what spell you are casting and also specifically what monster you are attacking. That makes it easier for so I don;t have to decipher your intent. ex: With the reptilian beast (V2) dead on the ground Keyleth turns her attention to the reptilian humanoid (Lizardfolk) off to her left which the elf

Kirinar hooks his morningstar and searches the lizardfolk's body, looking for anything valuable or something that would identify which tribe it comes from.

"Thank you for the help. My name is Kirinar, and these are my companions. We came from Mire's Edge and are hunting the creatures attacking our town and trading caravans. Lucky for us all to meet up in the swamp like this..." he says, looking expectantly at the newcomers.
Seeing the lizardfolk fall to the ground, Keyleth looks over at Radagast and makes a motion with her head toward the group of adventurers now surrounding the corpse, as if to say, "You coming?" She approaches them and says tersely to Ransyl, "Looks like you got him. What was that about?"
Turning to Kirinar, Keyleth replies, "Creatures, huh? Was this one of them?" She and Radagast had only recently arrived in Mire's edge looking for odd jobs, and had heard a few rumblings about pillaging raiders. From the bits and pieces she'd heard in town, though, they sounded like kobolds, not like lizards.
“My name is Ransyl Fireforge and we were hoping to mend the relationship with the Lizard folk, but were attacked straight away. Our lizard friend here wouldn’t listen to our words and unleashed his raptors on us. What you see before you is an unfortunate result of self defense. Now if you’ll pardon me, I’m going to look for my other hand axe.”
ooc - do I easily recover my hand axe, or do I need to make a roll?
Kirinar nods at Ransyl's words, and adds, "Actually, we are hunting for a band of kobolds who have holed up somewhere here in the swamp...What about you two? What brings you to this place?"
Keyleth says, "May have a bit of extra mending to do now," looking at Ransyl, one side of her mouth turning upward in a slightly awkward looking half-smirk.
"We were hired to retrieve some... missing goods," she continued, looking at Kirinar, and gesturing toward where she thought Radagast would be, and noticing that he had not yet shown up. Then, softly, to herself, "Where is that wizard?"
"I think it's possible your kobolds are my thieves. Perhaps we should ah... 'put our heads together'. Is that the expression?"
Then, holding out a leather gloved hand to no one in particular, "Keyleth."
Faen has kinda been standing back a bit from this conversation. “Um sooo we’re not going to mention the fact that Allendale just skedaddled right on out of here? Ok...” Faen says looking back at the path he left. “Oh and uh I’m Faen by the way.” Faen adds before beginning to assist Ransyl in his search for his lost axe.

OOC: yes, you find it.
Which brings something up. If you shoot arrows or throw things you need to post that you tried to retrieve them or they are lost. I'll allow 2 of every 3 arrows to be retrieved. Unless special circumstances exist like fighting near a cliff that the items might be lost. Be sure to keep track on your equipment list how many arrows you have left.
"Found it!" Ransyl's voice boomed with a little more cheer. As he holstered his hand axe, Ransyl focused his conversation on Faen's comment, "being a local boy, the idea of fighting his neighbors may have been too much for him."
