Rengar did the same, attempting to stay in the shadows and long grass to the side incase anything went down. (hide action stealth: 29 + 10 from pass without trace) He stayed quiet for now, knowing that these tree creatures usually exist to protect the forest. Rengar thought to himself; "Currently, we're probably this creature's biggest threat. Meaning this Dusk Queen may not be an enemy of the forest..."
"You...Are you attempting to make a fool out of me? Are you truly here to collect the mirror shards or not?"

Eudith decides it's best to try telling the truth. "We are here to collect the mirror shards, yes." Well, perhaps that's a lie by omission; better be upfront. "What we may do with them once we find them, we haven't yet decided. Perhaps we can be convinced that giving them to the Dusk Queen would be the right thing to do?"

The first short sword swing hits and pierces the bark, but the second swing is parried by a strong swing of the Weeping Treant's branch arm. The Flurries of blows connect, but the Bark seemed to have bounced off every single strike, showing that the Treant is left unharmed by the attempts.
((basically, the only attack that hit was the first short sword slash. Also, roll for Dexterity Saving throw, please.))

Vigs would move just barely into range with his hand crossbow and carefully aims a bolt at a weak spot in the bark. (Using my sharpshooter feat.)
To Attack: 11
Damage if it hits: 21

Attacking at long range doesn't impose disadvantage on your ranged weapon attack rolls and your ranged weapon attacks ignore half cover and three-quarters cover. Before you make an attack with a ranged weapon that you are proficient with, you can choose to take a -5 penalty to the attack roll to add +10 to the attack's damage.
Despite the power behind the shot, the arrow flies right past the Weeping Treant, missing.

Desarian holds a hand out flat before him, palm up. He speaks a word and a flame appears above his palm, then he twists his wrist and pushes the flame towards the treat. He then places the hand on his quarterstaff, speaking another word and causing it to glow faintly.

Rengar moves through the bushes, and climbs up a tree near the treant with his cat's claws. He then leaps at the enemy with a ferocious ROAR!!
He jumps at it from above, attempting to embed his Scimitar of Wounding in it's back.
Attack: 26 Damage: 8 magical slashing damage
If hit, it takes 3 necrotic damage at the start of it's turn. It can make a dc15 con save to stop the necrotic damage.
Scimitar of wounding:
Once per turn, when you hit a creature with an attack using this magic weapon, you can wound the target. At the start of each of the wounded creature's turns, it takes 1d4 necrotic damage for each time you've wounded it, and it can then make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, ending the effect of all such wounds on itself on a success. Alternatively, the wounded creature, or a creature within 5 feet of it, can use an action to make a DC 15 Wisdom (Medicine) check, ending the effect of such wounds on it on a success

Desarian's fire was powerful, but somehow they were put out by the sap that ran down the Treant's face when it turned to the new light.
Rengar flanked the creature from the shadows, and struck two powerful strikes against it! The pain of the attacks burned into its body, and it moaned louder. It turned violently in Rengar's direction. Though it wasn't able to keep up with his movements, the tears on its face were flung towards his general direction.
((Before I go on with the Weeping Treant's turn, I need to mention that both therickt and AfroSamurai will need to make DEX Saving Throws and beat a DC 15.))
The Weeping Treant sobbed loudly, but contrary to its sounds of sorrow, it picked up a decently-sized rock, and threw it hard towards Vigs!

Vigs knowing better than to open his yap when he didn't need to would stay silent, and simply watches the beast, keeping his crossbow trained on it.

"Truth," Desarian says, gesturing at Eudith. "Shards."

"You lie. You lie to me! I can see it in your eyes! You are trying to trick me! You shall not impede her!"
