my character is a mithral dragonborn. I have been looking at some of the other dragonborn feats, such as ones that say "your draconic ancestry allows you too... etc." I am wondering if I could have a feat that gave me wings, because Dragonborn don't usually have wings, and be able to fly or blide a short distance, and not be able to use it again until a short or long rest for example. Thx
Backstory: Alex's life started as the son of a blacksmith. Life went peacefully until(when he was 10) a drunken man tried to attack a girl his age and her mother. he tried to stop the man, but he was slapped aside. He landed next to a man who picked him up and asked what was wrong and alex told him about what was going on. The man ran into the alley way and beat the man into a bloody pulp before Alex went inside the alley way. Alex asked the man how he did it and if he would teach him it. 10 years later after he finished his training with the man he gets bailed out from a crime his friend committed by the girl he tried to save (who's name is nadia) along with Alex's teacher. Nadia says he owes her a lot of gold pieces and his teacher tells him to find out why the dragons are agitated and what is going on with the stars.
Appearance: A slim human a little bit over 6ft in height, he is bald, has brown skin, wears a normal shirt and pants with a navy blue cloak, has darts on his right hip and sickle on his back , seems like a nice guy
Prompt answer: the city is watched over by the golden dragon Aegis where he protects the city with a dome of flame made by his fire breath
Raviel Nosgoth grew up in a small but prosperous town of Qorah. The Nosgoth family is a wealthy one but not to the level of being nobility. They have a history of producing wizards of considerable talent with gifts of foresight - which is largely what has earned them their wealth; stock and trade is easy when you can divine the future.
Raviel was quite talented for one so young and when combined with his family's wealth this resulted in pompous arrogance. He attended a trial of wizardry to earn powerful magic items as prizes but, although he fared very well, he lost in the last trial to an average commoner. This defeat in face of all his boasting and bragging brought a fair amount of humiliation and taught him a lesson in humility and modesty as well as to not mistake privilege as power. He has since sought to make himself a better person and furthered his studies.
He began to feel extreme unease, a sense of dread, and he seemed to know the strange occurrences in the sky were the beginning of something terrible. Nobody believed in his claims so he began to travel, to find people who might believe him, to become much stronger as a wizard by challenging his power in life and death situations and maybe offer a chance to stop this coming apocalypse.
His travels, guided by intuition from his gifts of divination, has brought him to the small town of Nuras.
Appearance:
Raviel is an ordinary looking 6 feet tall human but has silver-white long hair. He dresses in ornate blue hooded robes with silver detailing and carries a large staff, usable as both an arcane focus or as a quarterstaff, that is relatively simple in design. He is often accompanied by Talon, his familiar that is usually in the form of a Harris Hawk. It is evident from his dress and manner he is from a wealthy family, but is not a noble.
Prompt Answer:
The town of Qorah was founded by its patron dragon of the same name. Qorah, the dragon, is a female Ancient Blue Dragon and watches over the town. While she protects it she otherwise does not interfere with the town and has minimal presence. Even so, the town never forgets the protection of its founder and makes tribute of gold, food and other offerings as thanks, particularly on the festival of Gifts for the Lightning God, usually just called Festival of Gifts, which is a harvest celebration to give thanks to their patron dragon (whose name means Lightning God in an old draconic dialect). This is usually the only time in the year Qorah, the dragon, actually makes an appearance to the townsfolk - except in times where her protection is necessary which has been exceptionally rare. Since she is a blue dragon the town adopts the colours of blue everywhere and usually accents with silver, white or purple.
Stats & Wealth:
I rolled for the stats and starting wealth, because it lets me make the character sheet and helps with making the character concept - these can always be changed if you prefer. I used D&D Beyond for the rolls and you may find these in the Dice Rolling thread, the post specifically referencing this thread: http://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/play-by-post/2985-rolling-dice?comment=634
Instead of rolling for the health for 2nd and 3rd level I took the average instead. I hope this is acceptable.

Ah, that is something I forgot to mention: Average hp at levels higher than 1st is what will be used, because I dislike the rolling for HP at higher levels.

Cromwell Phoenix has always been interested in gathering secrets, especially if they can be used to help others. From a young age he would enjoyed blending in or trying to go unnoticed, listening in to the conversations around him. Using this information he was able to trade it to the right people for money and food. This skill and talent for espionage eventually caught the eye of Bozeman Marchet of the spy group The Hidden Eye, who quickly recruited him into there ranks and trained him to hone his skills. Now he works as a spy for The Hidden Eye using his skills to uncover the evils in the world.
The Hidden Eye
The Hidden Eye holds no allegations to any world power and thier purpose is to use the information they gather to help root out evil and corruption.
Due to the secret nature of the group no one is given the full knowledge of the size or location of its members. Most never see another member other than thier recruiter and trainer.
Each member can identify another by an illusionary script tattoo that reads abscondita subiacet veritas (translates as Hidden Truth) to another member but reads as Let Moonlight Rain Down in elvish to anyone else. Any contact with the group comes in the form of Clockwork Raven witch delivers messages.
Appearance:
A dashing looking young man Cromwell is often seen wearing dark clothing. Under his gloves and on his wrist he has a tattoo that reads "Let Moonlight Rain Down" in elvish. Some people don't get the meaning but certain people are able to understand it's true meaning. Many belt and straps cross across his chest to help hold the pouches that carry the tools of his trade.
Prompt Answer: The township of Falon'Din, founded by the Ancient brass dragon of the same name, is a town founded on knowledge. It's central landmark is the Grand Library
“Spirit. In every language in all the Realms, surface and Underdark, in every time and every place, the word has a ring of strength and determination. It is the hero's strength, the mother's resilience and the poor man's armor. It cannot be broken and it cannot be taken away.”
Well the week I allowed initially for applications has come to a close, and so many came in this one week. Some really good applications here, so it was tough picking the best. However, pick the best I did, and in no order other than the one they applied in, here are the people I chose:
pokepaladdy - Jethro Ranz
Virst - Riot
Cyb3rM1nd - Raviel Nosgoth
I'm be sending you a DM with the link to the discord and to the campaign shortly.

Ok, a few questions overnight;
Yes, you just go to the features and traits tab on your character sheet, and in the feats subsection, you should be able to just add feats freely.
It aids you in combat.
You would be able to, yes.
