Marakhad closes her eyes muttering a prayer as holy light radiates around her before she opens her eyes, now glowing amber as that light flashes out and then coalesces with a soft glow around Bear, Riot and Raviel. The glow seems to sink in before fading as they feel the effects, like a soft hand on their shoulder and a voice of guidance in the air.
Action: Marakhad casts Bless as a 1st level spell upon Bear, Riot and Raviel.- End of Turn
Raviel points at the Ogre on the far-right and Talon understands. The hawk takes flight and flutters around the ogre (Ogre 5) to distract him.
Talon
Move: starting from Raviel space as often perches on his shoulder, moving 25 ft. North-East then 5 ft East. Action: Talon uses Help action to distract enemy and granting advantage on the next attack against Ogre 5. End of Turn
Feeling the guidance offered through Marakhad's blessing and taking advantage of the distraction offered by his familiar, Raviel mutters arcane words of power as he traces symbols in the air. As he does this there is a blue trail left as he completes the symbols swirl becoming water and frost with more being drawn in forming a sphere of freezing cold which he launches at the ogre distracted by Talon.
Raviel
Action: cast Chromatic Orb choosing Cold Damage targeting Ogre 5. Has advantage on attack and can add 1d4 due to Bless cast by Marakhad.
-- Attack:19 - Damage:10cold damage.
-- Did damage roll wrong, put 3d6 instead of 3d8. Rerolling:10cold damage
Gauthak takes two huge steps forward, and swings his long-handled hammer over Danvi's head towards the ogre before him. His strike catches it in the guts, and it coughs with the impact. At the same time, Bear rushes forward, slipping and falling prone before getting up. She then readies herself to attack any ogre that enters the reach of her greataxe.
Barely a second later, the ogres make their moves.the two closest to Danvi move in and both swing their clubs at him, but end up bringing them together above his head, both missing. The one before Bear advances on her, and as it reaches her, she swings at it, leaving a deep cut in its side as it brings its club own on her back. The ogre that Riot had been advancing on moves forward, but Riot manages to avoid the club swinging towards him. The ogre before Garadd and Talon decides that the dwarf is the more immediate threat, and brings his greatclub down towards him. Garadd cannot dodge in time and suffers a remarkable hit. At the same moment, the One wielding a chain brings it down in an overhead strike towards Gretu, landing its blow against the bugbear.

Danvi saw the two clubs swing down at him and threw his hands up to defend himself. Instead of being crushed into the dirt, like he expected, he heard a thunk. Looking up, he saw the two clubs that had collided over him. "Huh," he said, offhandedly jabbing his rapier into the stomach of the same ogre he had attacked before. "I didn't expect that to happen."
Danvi:
Action: Melee weapon attack with rapier; 10 piercing damage at Ogre 2.

Signe, in the meantime, had rushed forward, conjuring a blade made of darkness into his hand. He swung it through the third ogre, seeming to have no visible effect for just a moment. Suddenly, the ogre clutched its head in pain, and Signe smiled, his free hand reaching for his dagger.
Signe:
Action: Melee weapon attack with Shadow Blade; 9 psychic damage against Ogre 3

Marakhad looks to the Chain Brute and casts Toll the Dead causing it to hear an ominous knell, a bell of death, sound in its mind. She follows this with a quick prayer to send healing magic towards Bear.
Raviel raises a hand which sparks with electric magic but then it fizzles out. Suddenly that electric magic sparks around Talon's well, talons, and the hawk jams them into the ogre (Ogre 5) as it channels Raviel's spell. Talon continues to distract Ogre 5 flustering and annoying it. Talon then flies up into the air.

Garadd
Losing concentration on his Hunter's Mark, Garrad pours ethereal energy into his weapon, striking at the ogre in front of him.

He attempts to swing around with the back end of the polearm, but it drags in the mud and misses. Bear, meanwhile, unleashes a scream of anger, entering her rage. ice crystals form in the air, gripping onto Signe, Riot, and herself. She swinger her axe, but the ogre stumbles back out of the way in surprise at the drop in temperature.
The two ogres looming over Danvi swing at him once again, though this time, they both land their sickening blows which leave him barely standing. The ogre before Bear and Signe strikes at the shifter, landing a hit which she shrugs off in her anger. The one before Riot swings at them once more, this time the blow sliding off his armour plates, slick with rain. Another blow comes swinging towards Garadd, once again finding its mark. As Gretu collapses, the ogre who had struck him advances, sweeping his chain around him. He catches two of his allies in the swing, as well as Gretu, and Garadd must attempt to dodge out of the way. Danvi's form wavered in the storm for a moment before he stabilized. "Seems I've overstayed my welcome," he managed to get out, landing another strike on the same ogre he had been attacking before. As he withdrew his blade from the ogre's stony skin, he vanished, reappearing closer to Marakhad. He stumbled a few steps closer before looking up at the back-line fighters. "I could maybe use a bit of a pick-me-up."
Danvi:
Action: Rapier attack on Ogre 2; 7 piercing damage.
Bonus Action: Fey Step (2 East, 4 South)
Movement (After Fey Step): 1 East, 2 South
Signe's own fight was taking a turn for the worse as well. Though he felt strengthened by the ice crystals Bear had granted him for protection, a slight misstep had caused his shadow blade to miss. He did manage to plunge his dagger into the ogre with his off hand, though that was small comfort.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Marakhad hurries to Danvi and places a hand upon him as she utters a prayer. Gold light shines around her hand and sinks into him, healing some of the wounds.
Raviel is busy muttering a string of arcane words and gesturing in the air as he pulls on the weave of reality to fashion multiple spells. His first spell is channelled into Talon along with some mental instructions of a well-rehearsed manouvre. After this, while Talon flies into position, Raviel forms a more intense orb of energy of blazing fire which he aims to launch at the Ogre he has been focusing on. He recalls this moment, a vision he had, and saw himself miss. Taking heed from this divination he readjusts the aim and hurls the fire sphere right into the ogre. Raviel pants after as he re-assesses the situation. This is not going well.
Talon, having moved into position uses the magic granted by Raviel's spell to open its beak and spew forth a 15-foot cone of flame and heat to engulf the Ogre Raviel attacked and the Ogre with a Chain.
Marakhad
Movement: 5 ft East. Action: casts 2nd LevelCure Wounds on Danvi for18 HP.
Raviel
Bonus Action: casts Dragon's Breathchoosing fire channelled through Talon to cast on Talon (uses Talon's Reaction). Action: casts Chromatic Orb at 2nd Level choosing Fire at Ogre 5. Raviel uses Portent roll 13 : Attack:19 for 18 Fire damage.
Talon
Movement: hard to estimate on grid where he moves to, as would be behind Ogre 5 and Chain Brute - he has 60 ft fly speed and would position himself to get Ogre 5 and Chain Brute only in the Dragon's Breath attack which is a 15 ft. Cone. Action:Dragon's Breath against Ogre 5 and Chain Brute. They take 7 fire damage and can make a Dexterity Saving Throw with a Spell Save DC of 14 to halve the damage on success.
I was reminded cannot cast 2 spells in same turn unless one is a cantrip so instead of Chromatic Orb, Raviel uses Ray of Frost. Still uses Portent damage rolled on Discord: 6 cold damage and Ogre 5 is slowed by 10 ft until start of Raviel's next turn.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Jethro's Turn
Jethro seems mostly uncaring that the others are in dire need at the moment. His priority seems to be attempting to slay the chain brute before it actually kills anyone. He raises his hand again to release another blast of energy at the brute as it swings its chain around. He then seems to note the badly wounded somewhat, so steps forward a little.
Garadd, still standing, but only just, re-energises his weapon and attempts to carve the legs off of the ogre beside him, taking advantage of the creature being tripped by its clumsy chain wielding companion.
Garadd's Turn:
Bonus Action: Planar warrior vs. Ogre 5
Action: Attack vs. Ogre 5 Battleaxe vs. Ogre 5:25 vs. AC. Hit:17 force damage.
Riot feels the blow slide off his body and attacks back. He manages to connect with the foe this time.
Reaction: Riposte, Damage 11 (Rolled in Discord)
Riot capitalizes on ogre as he is knocked down. Slashing down on the prone creature.
Action: Attack Ogre #4, Damage 8 (Rolled in Discord)
Gretu:
Gretu awakens as he takes another blow from the ogre with a chain. He hops back up and hits back at the ogre. Once with his staff then two more times as he vaults himself with the staff, kicking at the beast.
Succeeded in Save
Action: Attack, Damage 9
Bonus Action: Flurry of Blows, Damage 6
Open Hand Technique, Imposing a DEX Save on Chain Brute, DC 11, knocked prone on fail.
As Gretu and Garadd land their blows, their targets both collapse, dead.
Gauthak continues his assault on the ogre as Danvi vanishes, landing blows with both ends of his lucerne hammer. Bear continues her angry cry, and as she does, her fur grows thicker, her build bulks out, and she becomes even more like her namesake than usual. She swings once more, but again, misses.
Both ogres who had been attacking Danvi move in on Gauthak, both swinging their greatclubs at him. One cracks him straight on the skull, nearly downing him instantly, except for his stone-like endurance, while the other misses completely. The one before Signe and Bear once again chooses Bear as his target, landing a hit which she once again shrugs off in her rage. Still, the Ogre attempting to trade blows with Riot cannot land a damaging hit, this time missing completely.
STATUS: Bear: 11 damage taken, 8 Temporary HP, Raging (9 Rounds remain), Shifted (10 rounds remain) Danvi: 10 damage taken Garadd: 24 damage taken Gauthak: 27 damage taken Gretu: 23 damage taken Riot: 2 Temporary HP Signe: 2 Temporary HP Ogre 2: 56 damage taken Ogre 3: 23 damage taken Ogre 4: 29 damage taken, prone Ogre 5: dead Chain Brute: dead

Jethro's Turn
Jethro blinks once at seeing the chain brute fall, then just looks away to the other side of the battlefield, where four ogres remain. He decides he shall continue to slay going with the next closest, as a wave of dark energies envelop around it before he unleashes another bolt of eldritch energy at it.
Garadd, seeing his quarry fall, turns to the next on his list, which will be the nearest one conveniently. He wreathes his weapon in planar energies before charging off to sunder its legs.
Garadd's Turn:
Bonus Action: Planar Warrior vs. Ogre 4
Movement: West 15 feet (Left 3 squares)
Action: Attack vs. Ogre 4 Battleaxe vs. Ogre 4:8 vs. AC. Hit:16 force damage.
"Thanks for that," Danvi said, bowing slighty to Marakhad before returning to the fray. He slid across the wet ground, letting his momentum carry himself back into the ogre he had been fighting previously. "Miss me?" Danvi's rapier pierced the stony creature's skin, sinking in up to the guard. "Sorry to leave you here on your own," he nodded to Gauthak as he withdrew his rapier. Taking up a defensive stance, he prepared for his next attack.
Movement: 5 squares north, 1 square west. Acrobatics Check: 19. If Ogre 2 Dies: 1 more square north, 1 more square west.
Bonus Action: Spending a ki point to use Patient Defense, allowing me to Dodge as a bonus action.
As the third ogre turned to see its fallen comrades, Signe saw an opportunity and struck with his shadow blade, landing a vital blow. For good measure, he still sunk his dagger into the ogre's belly, ensuring that it would die soon, if not immediately.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Marakhad smiles at Danvi then turns to the battlefield. She sees two are defeated and looks to those already wounded. She focuses her gaze towards one Ogre (Ogre 3) as it is attacked by Signe and with a whispered prayer a death knell alarms in its mind, aiming to sap the life from it into death.
Raviel, feeling his magic wane and not wanting to waste it, unknowing of what else may be faced this day, relies on his usual ray of frost. He sends a blast of cold and ice towards the Ogre on the far left (Ogre 1).
Talon flies round behind the next two Ogres (3 and 4) and with Raviel's telepathic guidance and practiced precision aims to ensure only those Ogres are hurt. In position he opens his beak as more fire is unleashed upon the enemies.
Marakhad
Action: castsToll the Deadon Ogre 3. It must make a Wisdom Saving Throw versus Spell Save DC 13 and if it fails it receives 1 necrotic damage.
Raviel
Action: casts Ray of Frost against Ogre 1. ~ Attack: 21 Damage: 5 cold damage and on hit the target's speed is reduced by 10 ft. until the start of Raviel's next turn.
Talon
Movement: 20 ft. west, 5 ft south. -- or whichever position is best, grids are weird for targeting cones. 60 ft fly speed means should have good flexibility in this. Action: uses Dragon's Breath 15 ft cone, should get Ogres 3 and 4, they must make Dexterity Saving Throw against Spell Save DC14 taking 11 fire damage on a fail or half that on success.
Danvi's rapier strike downs it's target, Talon's dragon breath causes the ogre before Bear and Signe to fall, and Riot's riposte takes out the ogre before him as well, leaving only a single ogre standing.
Gauthak cautiously backs off from the ogre before him, as his adrenaline grants him a second wind. As he does, Bear rushes around him towards her target, yelling in anger and attacking recklessly as the frost of the tundra coats Danvi, Gauthak, and Signe in it's warding ice. Despite her solid looking hit, the blow barely draws any blood at all, leading Bear to roar in frustration.
The one ogre remaining looks around, almost frightened, before swinging at it's loudest enemy, Bear. Having left herself open to the attack, it hits her solidly, though she once again shrugs it off like nothing.
STATUS: Bear: 11 damage taken, 2 Temporary HP, Raging (8 Rounds remain), Shifted (9 rounds remain) Danvi: 10 damage taken, 2 Temporary HP Garadd: 24 damage taken Gauthak: 18 damage taken, 2 Temporary HP Gretu: 23 damage taken Riot: 2 Temporary HP Signe: 2 Temporary HP Ogre 1: 6 damage taken The other Ogres: all dead

Jethro's Turn
Bonus Action: transfer Hex onto Ogre 4.
Action: Eldritch Blast on Ogre 4
Eldritch Blast vs. Ogre 4: 23 vs. AC. Hit: 5 force, plus 6 necrotic damage.
Garadd's Turn
Garadd, seeing his quarry fall, turns to the next on his list, which will be the nearest one conveniently. He wreathes his weapon in planar energies before charging off to sunder its legs.
Garadd's Turn:
Bonus Action: Planar Warrior vs. Ogre 4
Movement: West 15 feet (Left 3 squares)
Action: Attack vs. Ogre 4
Battleaxe vs. Ogre 4: 8 vs. AC. Hit: 16 force damage.

Danvi:
Action: Rapier melee weapon attack against Ogre 2; 13 piercing damage.
Signe:
Action: Melee weapon attack with shadow blade (CRITICAL HIT!). 19 psychic damage.
Bonus Action: Melee weapon attack with dagger. 2 piercing damage.
Marakhad
Action: casts Toll the Dead on Ogre 3.
Action: uses Dragon's Breath 15 ft cone, should get Ogres 3 and 4, they must make Dexterity Saving Throw against Spell Save DC 14 taking 11 fire damage on a fail or half that on success.

Riot:
Riot strikes at the ogre as he misses.
Reaction: Riposte, Damage 14 (Rolled in Discord)
He attacks once more at the ogre.
Action: Attack, Damage 9 (Rolled in Discord)
Gretu:
Gretu doubles back to Jethro's side and takes a moment to calm himself and take a breath as he almost died there.
Movement: 2 squares south, 1 square west, 1 square south.
Action: Dodge.
