Eldin stealthily tries to move over closer to Edric. He's curious about how Edric's uncle died from a card game. The green, tail-less tiefling is not actively hiding, it's just that he's trying to make his movements not very noticeable.
Stealth: 24
Eldin trips and slams on the ground, his armor and equipment making a clatter. Eldin picks himself up and says, "Sorry. I tripped."
"Happens to the best of us. No harm done." Edric says. "So my Uncle Manganese was an artificer, and a damn talented one. However, he also had passion for drinking. One night, while on the mother of all benders, he decides to challenge two random bar patrons to something he called 'Djinn Rummy.' From what I've been told it's identical to Gin rummy only you use a GODSDAMNED DECK OF MANY THINGS as face cards. What made him think that was a good idea I'll never know. So the two other drunks agree to this idea, and he shuffles the deck. Poor fool drew the King of Clubs, better known as the Skull, as his first card, Invoking an avatar of death to appear. Manganese was a middle-aged, blind drunk artificer who'd never held a weapon in his life. His foe was an avatar of death itself. It didn't end well for my uncle... " Edric trails off, and with a flick of his wrist, the skull card is in his hand.

The group is waiting the the hideout, completing various small tasks and pastimes as they wait around. As they are playing cards, partaking in some cheap liquor they had scored the other day, and other various activities, a letter seems to be pushed under the front door.
(Rolling to see who is first to see the note, using alphabetical order: 9)
Angiro notes the letter first. It seems to be sealed, but doesn't have any note that it has formally posted by a courier. It has Ith neatly written on the front, and on the back it is sealed with wax. The seal pressed into the wax appears to be a signet that resembles that of agents of House Cannith.
(If others want to go for the letter, feel free. I was just saying Angiro notices it first, though it is easy enough for anyone to pick up.)
He waves the letter in the air and says, "Anyone here named Ith? This letter is addressed to them. If you don't speak up soon, I'm going to go ahead and read it."
I enjoy the conversation I am having with my new acquaintances. As I look around the hideout just to take in the room, I notice a letter slide through the bottom slot of the door from the other side. Before acknowledging it, a tiefling picks up the letter and inquires a name. "Do you know an Ith?" I ask the others around me.
If Ith wants to take the letter to read first, then he can do. I'll post it here regardless (if TheG111 doesn't respond by tomorrow, assume he's passed it along for others to look at).
Letter:
Ith,
I hope you have found your group. I've gathered the rest of the intel I could on the job. At 10 pm on Zarantyr-2, there will be a lightning rail coming in late as a cargo train. There should be minimal passengers, but several guards. Expect Dennith sellswords to be contracted to be keeping their eye on things once it gets into the city. You'll need two groups, one to secure the cargo on the rail, and the other to clear the path for arrival.
The lightning rail should be arriving into Sharn through the city gates. It will be arriving through Middle Northedge, so Feather Fall enchantments in the area will assist with getting on the train. From there it's up to you to find the shards. If you take anything else, it's on your head. Killing people will just make things complicated, so the less the better.
The other group will need to get your escape secured. I doubt this info hasn't escaped The Sixty, but getting there first means the best pick of the lot. The train has to slow down further as it circles around before arriving near Middle Dura. This'll give you a 30-minute window as it goes through the city. Get the cargo, get the path cleared, and get out. I'll have a buyer ready to go within the next few days, so payment will come quickly.
Once you've memorised the details, burn this letter.
Majin, a 4 foot tall gnome with red hair and a pair of pistols on his hips rushes into the hide out.
"Sorry I'm late, what did I miss
Majin a four foot tall gnome. with red hair, green eyes, his left eye is actually a Ersatz Eye. he is wearing a simple breast plate and pants under a leather duster. a pair of pistols on his hips and a sword on his back. He has been so focused with his cards that he wasn't pay attention to anything. He finally looks up.
Boo patiently sits back filing her nails waiting for an opportunity to examine the letter for herself. As Majin, seems to come out of his daze, Boo turns her gaze towards him and responds, "dead-eye dick, nice of you to join us. You have not missed much, we are just examining a letter with instructions concerning the job if you care to join us."
"Why the hostility, miss? Did our pistol-carrying associate offend you in some way?" Edric asks Boo. Best to air out any grievances before the heist, especially one with this many moving parts.

(Okay, so effectively I'll give you a day to plan out the heist and what you are doing. Once group is to get onto the train and attempt to secure the cargo before the 30 minute timer is up. The other is to basically fend off any rivals and ensure a getaway from the lightning rail at the rendezvous.)
Special Rule: Heist Points
Your heist will have a number of points equal to the level of the party (5) between the groups. Once the run is in progress, it will allow for a brief moment of a FLASHBACK! where you plan for that inevitable thing that you hadn't planned for, but you totally did! It allows for various small things, like ret-con buying tools etc. or finding time to bribe a guard ahead of time etc. It costs 1 hero point for you to activate a Heist point, and anything the Heist points are used for will be taken care of in the group chat, so both sides of the team know that such points have been used (and don't end up trying to use one for it to suddenly fail!).
The dwarf cobbler begins to wrap up his tools and clean the impromptu working table. "Will someone read the letter out loud already. What's the point in addressing a note to a single person when you've arranged for a dozen to be involved..." He says loudly enough for all in the room to hear, trying to display some arrogant wisdom with the words.
After spending a while trying to find his way around the city, Tarhorn finally finds the warehouse. Timidly poking his head in the door says a feint "Hello? Is- uhh - is this where I'm supposed to be?"
Physical Description
Tarhorn Laydbek is a Firbolg. At 7'4" and 274 lbs, he's pretty big. He's very seldom not the largest in a room. He has grey-ish green-ish skin and deep brown eyes. His brown hair is overgrown and somewhat covers his eyes. Even though he's very large, he is quite shy, and this being the first time he's been in a city like this, it's pretty intimidating.
