(Crown of stars has amazing damage if used correctly & Plane shift has a lot of utility. I think you can't go wrong between those two.)
(In regards to Tiny Hut + Zone of Truth, I guess that would be up to Xtra. Spell says spells can't extend beyond the hut or enter from outside. Zone of truth is 15ft radius and Hut is 10ft so don't know if that would negate it or just decrease the size of the Zone spell.)
(Aryn asked same question and I didn't know. That's why she came up with disorienting them and trying to use spells to change the feel of the area.)
(As much as it pains me to say this...I would say the Zone of Truth would have a decreased range to 10ft radius. I'm also very impressed by all the creativity from y'all.)
(Let me know what final plan is and I'll post the interaction.)
(OOC: Oh yeah, we can fly them around all over the place and then stuff them in a tiny hut.. Mucor will make the inside of the hut look just like their jail cells or a cave and you can cast zone of truth while they are in there... EVERYONE WINS!)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

The officers unhappily are blindfolded and get increasingly angry as they are strapped onto griffons. By the time they land two have puked and stagger along the ground. Baern's friend Beladin is no worse for wear despite riding with Aryn. "My uncle's goat soup caused my stomach to turn worse en that. Piss off with ye and get along with what'er yer doing and stop wastin me time." Beladin says angrily. You almost drag the other two officers into the brig where Gaelin casts his tiny hut and informs them of what he's about to do. Beladin doesn't resist, while the other two either don't resist or fail to resist due to their current state. Their heads bob back and forth just trying to recover from the ride and one of them pukes again causing Beldain to shout, "Oh come on. Ask yer damn questions so I can get away from these pricks."
Baern steps forward and says, "Beladin. Did you take my warhammer 5 years ago in the battle of Hixjal river?" Beladin's face goes from an angry from to one of disgust or shame. "Aye... I broke Dragon's Bane. I'm sorry Baern." Beladin sighs. Baern walks over and gets inches from Beladin's face and asks, "Are you working with Daegon, or the Drekthar?" Beladin's features shift slightly before he says, "**** no." Baern looks over to Gaelin, his face one of hope and you think you see a tear welling in Baern's eye when he asks telepathically, "Did he try to resist? Is he lying?"
(Ask your questions. @Jinara- if you cast Detect thoughts let me know.)
"He's telling the truth Baern. " Gaelin says before turning to the group and saying telepathically, "Should we release Beladin or does anyone have more questions for him?" Gaelin will approach the other two officers and ask them a series of questions.
What is their birth name
Where were they born
Are they working with Daegon or the Drekthar
What are Daegon's plans
Where is Daegon
If the group okay's it Gaelin will release Beladin and unblindfold him.
Jinara will step up with a leather bound book in his hand. From the book he pulls open a piece of parchment and shows it to Beladin. (The Daegon symbol is drawn on this). "Do you know what this is? If so, explain what you know."
Jinara- As Baern questions Beladin you probe into his mind, he is aware that you are doing so and doesn't resist as you focus deeper into his mind sensing his thoughts. As Baern mentions the battle your mind is flooded with images of Beladin crushing shields and cracking skulls wielding a warhammer. The head of the hammer appears to be a single large tooth that glows slightly red. You watch as Beladin is struck by an ogre's club and knocked to the ground. He grasps Dragon's Bane and plunges it into the ogre's leg. As the tooth embeds itself into the flesh you see a wave of energy disperse and the leg explodes in a flash of flame. The ogre howls and grabs Beladin tossing him to the side and Dragon's Bane falls from his grip. The ogre looks down at the hammer and brings his club down onto the weapon. An explosion of energy is released as the ogre's body is partially turned to ash from the heat. As the dust and smoke clears only a broken tooth remains for a brief moment before turning to ash.
When Baern continues his questioning and asks if he is a spy you see another battle. Hordes of drekthar rushing across a field towards a dwarven town set on the side of a mountain. You watch as Beladin kills creature after creature before being dragged away as he watches the town be overwhelmed. You only sense disgust and anger at the mention of Daegon. You hear Beladin's response to the accusation and know he is not allied with Daegon.
You remove the blindfold and show the symbol to him, he looks back up to you and says, "It's the symbol of the Wrathstar of Vaeril. All the drekthar have it tattooed on em. You want a history lesson? We don't know why they have it tattooed, or what it means today, only that it means they're somehow connected to Vaeril." (His mind is filled with images of dead orcs, goblins and zombies all with the same tattoo.)
As Mucor asks his question Beladin grins and says, "Smash their skull in." (@Jinara- He is imagining smashing a skull with a hammer.)
Mucor would look Beladin and snort. "What would you do if Daegon was standing here in the room with you.. and what would you do to anyone working for Daegon..." Mucor would ask.. no longer believing him to be a threat.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The officer beside Beladin is a slim elven male dressed in fine leather armor. The third officer is a burly maroon tiefling male.
Gaelin begins questioning the elf. The elf responds, "I am Tassarion Petmyar. (2) Born in Brenn, capital city of Haemor. (3) I don't work for anyone. (4) If I knew that I wouldn't be sitting here blindfolded. (5) Somewhere on Eraas.. If we knew that it'd be easy to kill him and the war would be over." The elf's face grows a smirk at the last answer and his reply.
Gaelin turns to the tiefling who is asked the same questions. The tiefling replies, "I am Valchar. (2) I was born in Uralo. (Capital of the Azuven empire in Telgun). (3) I serve under General Baern Ironfist. (4) To conquer the world it seems. (5) I don't know.

(@Xtra: So let me ask a clarification question. The spell says that a failed WIS save, I learn reasoning, emotional state, something looming large in their minds. I understand that they can use their action to resist. My question is whether or not I immediately know the info above after they fail. The way I read the spell, the insight is immediate, but can be resisted from prolong probing. I'm fine either way, that's why the rolls are above, but I wanted to ask.)
Mucor would look at them both and ask each of them directly. "Yes or not, are you aiding Daegon and his armies... if you answer with anything other than no I will assume you are trying to avoid answering the question... who means I will give my friend Baern here the signal to Crush your skull..." The minotaur will say with a snort as spores begin to swirl around the minotaur
@ Jinara- (Both try to resist at the first question. On the second question they contest. You lost both contests but because you rolled a nat 20 I'll say you get a glimpse into the elf's mind as the third question is asked.)
You see images of what you think is Tassarion's family in a large dining area of a home. You see the image of a huge city you guess is Brenn set in a dark forest that extends up into a mountain. As you battle the mind of Tassarion you feel fear, he is scared of losing his family. As you try to press deeper you get a split second glimpse of Aemyra's face from a distance of 15-20 feet before the link is severed.
Valchar is angry and anxious, worried he will die. His thoughts are scattered with images of people, none of which you recognize. He seems to be familiar with the spell you are using and appears to be hiding his true thoughts by clouding his mind with random thoughts and images. Your link is cut off before the third question is asked.
Aryn will release Beladin but will put him in a different cell outside the hut and lock it as Gaelin begins questioning the other two officers.. "We know it isn't you but for your protection I'm moving you here. We'll release you as soon as we're done."
She'll return and notch an arrow pulling back her bowstring preparing for anything.
(OOC do they answer Mucor? does Mucor know they are resisting?)
"Thank you for your cooperation Beladin.. sorry for the inconvenience. Go ahead and suit up.. I fear there could be more than one spy amung us depending on how they answer my question...." Mucor would say as he gives Button small nod before saying to him in minotaur "Do you think you could try giving them a little scare friend" beforenturning and snarling at the two prisoners
(what spell are you taking at 7th level? I did not come through)
