Blix laughs a high pitched raspy laugh in response to Klox' joke. "You're fun! I laugh hard so hard it hurts. PLEASE DO MORE HURTING!..."Blix calms a little bit down, but a slight twitch in his upper lip keeps on going. "More laughing later, though. Not now. Blix thinks creeper at table over there wants you." Blix waves frantically to Grishkar with his hand raised up to shoulder height. As a sort of "HEYYY", but silent.

Bori rolls her eyes at the Rakdos, but her grin betrays her amusement at their antics. She leans in and whispers to Rukorm: Take their lashing with good humour. Those Rakdos are mostly harmless...? She doesn't seem too sure of her own advice, but she gives it anyway.
Before leaving the table, she takes any additional orders before disappearing.
At this point, there is only one available seat left in this jam-packed tavern, and its located at this table with the most odd assortment of individuals. And as it would happen, it was right then when our last visitor enters the building an Izzetwizard.

The little goblin rubs the top of his head as if in thought, causing the mirror-shard bracers he wears to leave little bloody scratches along the side of his face. "Ah, best material time! Why does everyone love Orzhov. Because they are rather thrulling!" With that, he makes a jazz-hands-like gesture while trying and failing to stifle a round of giggles.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Roya looks around for a seat. So crowded tonight, but she needs a bit of distraction. The smell in here is only slightly better than the lab after that last explosion from some of the other scientists starting their merrymaking a bit early. And her brain had been stuck on a repeating pattern that was getting her nowhere. It was time for a change of scene, change of perception that would hopefully shake her mind loose. A drink, some people watching, that might help. A search for other patterns and interactions.
Her height giving her an advantage to see over the crowd, she spots a seat with an interesting configuration: another Vedalken hunched over some papers, a tired-looking Minotaur, and a couple of obvious Rakdos goblins. Great, moregoblins, she thinks. At least these ones won’t be igniting putrid explosives, or at least she hopes not. She makes her way over.
((Point of clarification, Klox is already sitting with Grishkar and Rukorm, just in case that wasn't meant for someone else.))
(Woops! Sorry, missed by que!)
When Klox accepts the seat at the table, it suddenly vanishes from under him! The Orzhav priest splits a smile amid his work, "I figured you would appreciate that. Here, have a drink..." He slides a mug across the table and twirl his quill with the other hand.
At the newcomer's question, Grishkar pulls over whatever seat he can find, "There, it's not an illusion this time."

Information known to all: the guildpact is what guarantees absolutely that no war will ever break between the guilds. It designates each guild it's purpose in the city. The guildpact is magically binding - there are some things that are literally not possible without enacting grave consequences. The guildpact was desolved only one time, about 70 years ago. Dimir used to be a secret house, and a certain individual revealed them to the world. This broke the guildpact as it guaranteed Dimir would live in the shadows. Until last year, there was a strained peace between the guilds, but that threatened to collapse without the guildpact. This time last year, a new guildpact was created - a living guildpact. A human named Jace Beleran was turned into the embodiment of the guildpact. What he says is law. However, Jace is distracted by interplanar war, and so he is never on Ravnica for long.
Roya will sit on her knowledge that goes beyond that (until such a time I can really post.)

Blix laughs at Klox as he falls to the ground. He pulls up a chair from wherever there is a free one and frog-leaps over the back of it, ending up sitting on the backrest with his feet on chair itself. "Are we doing tricks? Blix know many tricks. Watch in awe, as Blix make his name appear on cheek!" A flashy movement later Blix has a small dagger in his hand. He swings it and twirls it in front of himself with one hand while casting Mage Hand with the other. As the spectral hand appears he throws the dagger to it, 3 feet above his head. And the hand drops it. When the blade is half-way down the goblins throat he catches it with his teeth. Teeth still tightly bitten together a bit of blood spurts out of a wound on his cheek.
He wipes the blood away with his thumb. It clearly says:B L I X In thin cuts on the left side of his face. With a wide sparkly grin on his face Blix licks the blood off the daggers edge.
"Tadaaa!.. Wanna taste? It really good!" He offers the dagger to the minotaur.

"Thank you," Roya replies and she puts her hand on the chair, "I did plan to test its solidity before sitting." She nods to the others. This might work; help transport my mind to an alternate logic, she thinks while observing the goblin fall and his expression after tasting the ale.
(Question: are insignia always visible and/or do folks wear guild colors? Roya would recognize Rukorm is Izzet, right?)
((Each guild has a pretty recognizable esthetic, so most guild members are pretty identifiable in the traditional sense. Insignia also tend to show up woven into the fashion, so....yeah.))

(Rukorm is wearing metal armor that Roya might recognize as protection factory workers' use in the Laboratory of Metallurgy, though his guild badge isn't visible.)
"...No thanks," the minotaur replies to Blix's offer, setting down his ale. He wasn't particularly thirsty any more
Looking up, Rukorm noticed the Vedalken taking the last seat available (which was obviously at his table). He instantly noticed the red and blue robes and Izzet insignia of a researcher, and sighed. He came to the portal to get away from work. Either way, here she was, and she was sitting with him, so might as well acknowledge it. Straightening his back with an exasperated grunt, the bull looks the newcomer in the eye. "Doctor..." he utters as he waves towards her.
Blix looks at Rukorm with a hint of having taken offence. "Too bad for you, it very nice." At the mention of doctor the crazed goblins eyes shift over to Roya and he babbles on. "You doctor? Doctor look at nasty boil on Blix back? Spatula give Blix lovemark." Blix starts scrambling to take of his red and black tattered jester-like clothing. There are no bells on the frills on his collar, just small spiked balls.
Roya looks on impassively while the goblin carves himself with some familiar magic. Though she has found a bit of diversion at the circus, this particular style of entertainment was not really her bag.
Hearing the minotaur address her, she looks toward him, taking in that he, too, is a part of the Izzet. "You look familiar. Haven't we..." she starts when she interrupted by Blix.
"Not that kind of doctor," Roya says to him. "Please do keep on your clothes; I really do not want to see what is under them." She looks around for the waitress realizing that it has been quite awhile since she last ate having lost track of the time while she worked.
Hm... I guess she does look familiar. Rukorm thought to himself, rolling his eyes at the goblin's misunderstanding. He kicked the though from the mind however. "I doubt it. Unless you work at the Laboratory of Metallurgy, or are a friend of Dr Vay or that bloody Kimven git, I don't know where we could have crossed paths."
Blix laughs a high pitched raspy laugh in response to Klox' joke. "You're fun! I laugh hard so hard it hurts. PLEASE DO MORE HURTING!..."
