Kirinar initially stands ready for an attack, but seeing the child-like creature climb up the dwarf and tug at his beard, he relaxes and smiles, imagining how Ransyl would be with kids...
The little creature stood about 8 inches tall and resembled a small animated doll with mask for a face. This ones face had swirls and dots. Its hair was wild and unkempt while its limbs were slender and lean.
When asked its name it merely cocked its head to one side and looked at Dr A. It then jumps from Ransyl and climbs onto Dr A and onto his back and begins knocking on his shell.
You continue down the road and away from the wagon. As you make your way south if you look behind you, you catch a glimpse of the small figure following behind at some distance. If you stop it ducks behind a rock or wall out of sight.
Up ahead amid the ruins is an abandoned campsite. Torn backpacks and rotted gear litter the ground around the three moldering tents. At the center of the camp, a scrap of dirty yellow cloth hangs from a crude wooden flagpole.
Looking around the camp you don't see any recent tracks. The place has long been abandoned. However you do discover a moldy parchment caught in the lining of one of the tents.
"Interesting. Looks like we aren't the first to come looking for something in that tomb. We already knew about some of this, but this "Ras Nsi"... that's new isn't it? Doc, do you recognize that name?"
“Ras Nsi hmm not sure?” Dr A says as he wracks his mind (History test = 25)
Ras Nsi, a mythic, villainous figure among Chultans.
Ras Nsi was a human paladin and a sworn protector of the city of Mezro. He betrayed his oaths and was banished. Rather than redeem himself, he raised an undead army to conquer Mezro. The would-be tyrant was defeated and banished once more.
Timber keeps looking around as they approach, looking for signs of the big monster. "I think we have lost whatever wanted to make a meal of us. This Ras guy sounds like bad news. Doc, do you think this means he is near by?"
As you examine the camp and read over the letter you become aware of someone approaching your group. Looking up he wears red robes, has a shaved head, and a sallow complexion that betrays his allegiance to Thay. 2 men are with him, following a short way behind.
"A red wizard." Artus exclaims loud enough for you alone to hear his voice. Artus has tensed and seems wary.
"A pleasure meeting you here Artus." The man sneers with contempt from a short distance away. He has come from around a corner and isn't far away. (About 30 feet)
Dr A turns to Artus “didn’t we have a run with these misbeguided types a little while back.” At the same time he is fiddling surreptitiously with his Horn of Blasting

Dr A gets a bit closer to the thing tugging on Ransyl's beard "ahbut little one - how are you called?" he asks in Chultuan.

Ransyl brushes off his beard, “This little one is cute, but multiply him by 100 and we could be easily overwhelmed.”
The little creature does nothing more than knock on Dr A's shell a few more times and then hops off and ducks underneath the wagon and disappears.
“Well, shall we carry on?”
Keyleth nods. "Onward."

Ransyl follows Keyleth as she leads the party on.

Kirinar looks for signs of the huge reptilian footprints from the coliseum, or smaller ones from kobolds...
