Skeekbad lays on the ground to try to shove the mace into the shared pocket hemmed into her ratty cloak. She acts as quickly as she can and then, still prone, props her head on one hand with her elbow on the floor giving the skeletal figure a shaky grin.
"Goblins not destroying, goblins be tidying. Skely-man's lair gross and dusty!" She coughs into a pile of dust to accentuate her point, "Goblins clean and make all shiny!"
Hearing Skeekbad's fib Wensa pops her head out of the Alcove and whispers over. "Skeekbad use cleaning stick. Wensa drop over there." Pointing back at the broom she had found earlier. Wensa then ducks back into the Alcove trying to hide again.
"Yes, yes of course. We have been hired by your followers and your family to clean things up and protect your tomb. It looks as though we just missed them. We will need to set a trap in case they come back!"
Gizzmo will cast a mending cantrip on anything that is broken.
Wensa darts to the alcove and tries to hide. Pulling out her daggers once she thinks she is hidden.

Does Wensa know what this creature is or anything about what might or might not hurt it?
Give me an arcana check.
The figure looks around the room to find all the goblin clearly lying to him. Gizzmo tries to persuade the creature, but it does not appear he is taking this as fact. "You vile creatures have come to rob me of my artifacts!" With a loud boom in the cavern, the blue energy explodes sending a shock wave and blue energy out in all directions. Everyone make a con save, +3 for Wensa's "cover" in the alcove.
Beginning at 1st level, you have survived the imbibing of the Hunter’s Bane, a poisonous alchemical concoction that alters your life’s blood, forever binding you to the darkness and honing your senses against it.
You have advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks to track Fey, Fiends, and Undead, as well as on Intelligence checks to recall information about them. If you are actively tracking one of these creature types, you cannot be surprised by any creatures of that type. You can only be tracking one type of creature at a time.
Upon reaching 11th level, you can flare the internal toxic scars from the ritual, using the pain to give clarity, or promote anger. You can choose to suffer damage equal to your crimson rite damage die to gain advantage on a Wisdom (Insight) check or Charisma (Intimidation) check.

I'd give you adv on that. You believe the creature to be a form of lich, though it does not seem as powerful as some you have heard about. You know that a mage becomes a lich by means of necromancy, using a magical receptacle called a Phylactery to store the lich's soul.
Skeekbad is blown back by the force against her chest. You're knocked prone and moved 15 feet back. Everyone else feels the force against them, but are able to stand their ground.
Gizzmo's glove launches a volley of force darts striking the creature before he disappears behind the column attached to the wall in the center of the room. Jallmur moves forward and swings his axe at the creature. The mighty barbarian cuts through the gas form of the creature and the creature seems unaffected.
I haven't forgotten about you all. Been busy at work and trying to figure out a way to give Skeekbad and exit. Hope to update you all by the end of the day.
Skeekbad pulls out the bones she has consulted in the past and dumps them to the ground. A quick worried look comes over her face. Skeekbad yells to you all, "run!" Skeekbad pulls daggers from her beltline and rushes toward the creature. you all watch as the slashes cut through the creature, leaving it, as it appears to you all, unaffected.
Just then, another blast, smaller than the last explodes in a sphere. Skeekbad is thrown back. With a thud, she hits the wall of the cavern and appears to not be moving. A deep guttural laugh comes from the spirit as Skeekbad lands, a dust cloud coming off of her. "You are no match for me!"
Wensa quickly reaches into the pocket looking for the spiky stick. Pulling it free she runs up to the wizard and tries to smack him with it.

I have no idea what this actually is for me so not sure what modifiers or damage to roll.
Since this requires attunement, you would not get the magical effects of it. You would get 1d6 plus your bonuses if you're proficient.
Magical effects:
When you hit a fiend or an undead with this magic weapon, that creature takes an extra 2d6 radiant damage. If the target has 25 hit points or fewer after taking this damage, it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be destroyed. On a successful save, the creature becomes frightened of you until the end of your next turn.
While you hold this weapon, it sheds bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet.
Proficiency with a mace allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
Wensa takes a swing with the seemly oversized mace. The ghostly form is able to dodge the attack of the mace.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
