Already in the motions of incanting again, Kestrell runs forward towards where he can hear the clamour of battle, turning the corner to see Alwin in a battle stance and Mazin engaged in axe-to-axe combat with another of the attacking orcs. As he raises one flame-enshrouded hand and glances past his companions, the half-elven sorcerer sees another of the enemy combatants, grasping futilely at the butt of an arrow protruding from his ribs. The severely wounded raider barely has time to glance up from his injury when Kestrell's blast of fire burns away his remaining concerns, along with his life.

Firing at orc the most south-west (H1?)
Ranged Attack: 23Damage: 4 (piercing) Sneak Attack: 2 Taking movement to around the house then taking the Hide as a Bonus Action.
Would Sylmeris be aware of the attacks going on in the north-east? If she is, she'll head that way. If not, she'll just remain hidden.
With her initial sniping position revealed by her previous attack, Sylmeris sprints from the smithy's doorway to duck around the corner of the building. Giving herself a quick 2 count in the shadows, the stealthy bowwoman steps back out with a second arrow drawn. Noticing the fall of her first target, she takes a bead on the most distant orc and lets fly, watching with satisfaction as the arrow pierces her enemy's shoulder. The orc grunts audibly in pain, but shows no other reaction as he roars in satisfaction over the now fallen form of the lizardman.
[OOC] FYI - once Sylmeris attacked last round, he position was revealed. The recessed doorway wasn't quite a good enough 'hide in plain sight' location, so before making a sneak attack she had to duck around the corner and re-emerge after hiding, hence her current position. She gets the sneak attack damage, but is again visible at the end of her turn.
**No, the orc (Orc 1) that is most SW is at A8 (The vertical or Y axis is 'letters' and the horizontal or X axis is 'numbers). But yes, by now Sylmeris would definitely have heard the *ROARS* of the ogre, so would be aware that 'something' is going down nearby within the town, but not that there's an ogre there or anything more specific.

Without hesitation, the armoured centaur gallops up beside her ally and unleashes a savage cross-cut the scores deep into the midsection of her target, eliciting a pained growl from the now wounded orc.

+7 temp hit points to the Silverstars.
The approching wolf senses the fear and uncertainty rolling off the town's guards as the lumbering ogre and the battle-scarred orcs close in for the kill. As the four defenders pull up and raise their shields as one, prepared to meet the incoming attacks, Wolf-Dewi strikes first, latching onto the neck and throat of the closest orc as the druids lupine form emerges from the deepening night in a sudden leap. Turning futilely to meet the ferocious attack, the orc's blood sprays from the wolf's fangs as the beast tries to drag it's prey to the ground. Despite its pain and surprise at the attack, the larger and stronger orc manages to push its wild attacker away without tearing his own throat out.
As the bright blue eyed wolf lands in a crouch, it lifts its blood-stained muzzle to the night and howls. The sound of the howl takes on a long, deep and alien sounding character which reverberates through the night, somehow strengthening the fibre and spirit of the besieged guards even as the barely discernible outline of a large, powerful aquatic creature materializes into being in the air around the combatants.
[OOC] The Silverstars do not 'yet' count as allies, correct. However, the orc still has to make the strength save DC11 or be knocked prone: 22 Orc success - not knocked prone.

Alwin just looks at Thurk and rushes over without thinking trying to put himself in the middle of Thurk and the orcs as he takes a swing.
His nervousness cast aside instantly at the sight of the downed smith, Alwin rushes past the orc that is locked in combat with Mazin. As the half-elven warrior straddles the fallen lizardman, he shouts bravely to draw the attackers attention to himself and brings his longsword around in a hasty and poorly aimed strike which his target easily blocks with the haft of his greataxe. Facing this opponent, the strategically minded fighter suddenly realises his peril as the other orc bellows directly behind him.
[OOC] Alwin is directly between the 2 orcs, meaning that he will be subject to flanking from their attacks. I use the old flanking rule of directly opposite threats, rather than the 'within 5 feet of an ally' rule.

Mazin will move toward Thurk's voice. Once he gets within range, he will charge the closes orc and attack with both hand axes.
Attack: 9 Damage: 8 Off-Hand Attack: 16 Damage: 4
Infuriated at the sight of Thurk's apparent slaying and subjected to the orc's repeated attacks, Mazin finally retaliates with wild strikes from each of his two handaxes. The orc that Alwin missed with his strike growls out something in orcish before bringing his great axe down and across in a swift and sudden strike that blasts through the fighter's defences and slices into the half-elf's form with thunderous force, cleaving armour and flesh with equal brutality. All Alwin has time to consider is how little difference armour, shield and training can ultimately matter in the chaos of battle... before the pain fades into a darkening greyness... which in turn fades into an empty, though strangely peaceful, black void.
The badly wounded orc that is somehow still standing exchanging blows with Mazin roars out a challenge in his native tongue before putting all of his remaining strength into a viscious overhead chop aimed at the barbarian's right shoulder which the larger combatant see's coming and easily side-steps, leaving the heavy blow to *thud* into the damp ground.
Barely managing to push the ferocious wolf aside, the orc attacked by Wolf-Dewi turns it's back on the suddenly emboldened Silverstars to attack the grey-furred beast before it, though the now suddenly penned in orc's blow is well wide of the mark, perhaps due to his suprise at becoming the trapped, rather than the trapper.
Unaware of the wolf's attack upon its fellow, the other orc seeks to pen the seemingly startled milita members in, bringing it's axe around in a wild but powerful swing aimed at the side of the closest Silverstar - a tall, lean lizardman who raises his shield and braces for the blow. The orc's aim strikes painfully true, though the militiaman's defensvie stance and the bracing aura of Dewi's druidic magic keep the guardsman standing and ready to fight on.

The tallest of the four, an almost gaunt human woman, manages to drive the tip of her spear through the ogre's hide wrappings... barely. The ogre doesn't react in the slightest to the hit and easily knocks aside the other Silverstar's spear strike, even as the massive giant-kin raises it's huge greatclub above its head in readiness to squash one of its foes.

Running out towards the centre of the town square, Kestrell pivots around and throws yet another ball of fire which catches the distant orc directly in the face. The savage roars quickly turn into guttural shouts of agony, before the orc with the now charred and scorched face collapses to his knees, before finally toppling onto the ground beside the fallen half-elf.

Rage fills Altani as Alwin falls to the orcish blades, "Noooo Alwin. You can not die here, this is not your way.."
The centaur thrusts her sword at the orc infront of her in an attempt to finish it off so she can get to Alwins fallen body.
OCC: Attack: 6 Damage: 6
Fuelled by her anger at seeing the brave half-elf felled by an orcish blade, Altani's thrust is a little hurried and wide, easily deflected by the badly wounded orc in front of her. Laughin deep in its throat despite its many wounds and the blood the oozes from between his tusks, the orc spits on the centaur's shield as it raises it's greataxe to fight on.
[OOC] Altani's attack misses. The orc at C10 is still alive.

Rage fills Altani as Alwin falls to the orcish blades, "Noooo Alwin. You can not die here, this is not your way.."
The centaur thrusts her sword at the orc infront of her in an attempt to finish it off so she can get to Alwins fallen body.

[OOC] Hey, Kestrell. I think you've got the axis mixed up. Top-to-bottom squares are lettered (A-Z), left-to-right squares are numbered. So Kes is standing at G18 and attacking the orc at A8. Regardless, the attack hits for 10 fire damage and the orc dies.

Hearing the roars, shouts and clash of weapons coming from the Northgate, Sylmeris sprints along the house line, running as long and hard as she can to reach the distant battle taking place.
[OOC] Hey, Loaniss. Sylmeris can use both her action to Dash (as all PCs can) and also use her bonus action in the same round to Dash again due to her Cunning Action ability, but she then has no other actions left to stealth. I've moved her into the indicated position, but she'll need to stealth as a bonus action at the start of her next turn if you want to sneak attack that round.
