"No need for rudeness, old one," Retiog says as he slides through the room and rests up against the wall near the man being fitted for his suit. "We are just making sure you get your money's worth from us." He gives the 'hustler' a glare. "Looks like some nice clothes," he almost growls.
"I suggest you leave or I will alert the guard scum," the nobleman snarls with disdain.
"Yes! Out! Out now," Hastings exclaims pushing Nat away. "Hamish...get the guard," he adds as the gnome quickly jumps down covered in tailors tape and a mouth full of pins and begins to move out of the shop.
The gnome gives the party apologetic looks but does his master's bidding.

"Ha... Fake nobleman can't afford a nice suit... Maybe I'll make one from yer skin the next time I see ya if you don't pay your depts" The kobold would say with a snarl as he begins to head to the door... but not before taking the claw on his thumb and running it under his neck in a throat slitting motion in one last attempt to collect...
Duc shakes her head and leaves with the others, as she goes past the owner she comments quietly. "And now you will pay twice, once to this conman, who is about to rob you and then again to us when we come back shortly. Just remember that we tried to protect you, which is after all what we promised we would do..." she then leaves and doesn't stop, moving passed Gimble and the others dispersing away in case the guards outside are paying attention.

OOC: Sorry Wreck there was a PM. I just forgot to add you! Thanks, Phade!! As for your new attempt to intimidate, the first failed. There's no 'reattempt' to do that same skill, my friend against the same folks. It would be like trying to reattempt a failed stealth check. You can't undo its effects.
Leaving Retiog and Nat inside the shop Duc and Drake go outside. Gimble watches as Duc stalks passed and wraps up his flirting.
"Uh...where's the money," Gimble asks in a whisper with raised eyebrows looking at Duc stopping her from moving any further away. Gimble this looks at Drake who's obviously fuming. "We need to discuss your....uh approach my thinks," Gimble adds looking at the kobold then back to Duc. "So," he asks cross arms over his chest. "They others in there beating it out of the old man and the gnome or what," he asks with a frown.

"If our friends to come out with the money... I will get it to you before sunrise..." Drake says with a snarl, looking up to Gimble. "Even if I have to follow him to his house and cut it out of him...." The kobold would say grumbling as he looks down towards his rusty shortswords.
"That's not how we handle things," Gimble says frowning at the kobold. "Seems to me why you fail you think this," he points to Drake's swords, "and not this," he points to Drake's head, "is the answer to anything life throws at you," he says shaking his head. "The Order has muscle. Did you see him? He was the orc-ish gentlemen back there you apparently left in the shop doing what," he adds sighing loudly then looks to Duc. "Where are the others," he adds with a frown.

The kobold will look down at his feet a bit before turning from Gimble and making his way back towards the shop... moving around the building looking for a way to sneak back in....
Nat is following the gnome who has been instructed to fetch the guard. Depending on the layout of the area, if there's an opportunity to do so out of sight of any guards nearby he will put his hand on the gnome's shoulder to stop him and have a quiet word in his ear. What's your name, lad? Hamish, was it?
Retiog follows behind the triton to look after him should he run into any trouble. "Let's slow down, friend," he calls after the gnome as well. "We hear that particular customer of yours has caused you some trouble."
(OOC: If there's an option to grab Hamish before he makes it out of the shop, then sure. I'd got the feeling he'd already made it out and we were chasing him down. )
Duc points at the various members of the party in answer to Gimble's question. "Do you want me to go and round them up? I think we should make sure the watch don't have to get busy..."

Retiog places a hand on Nat's shoulder and nods back to the cranky, old shop owner. "We should take this outside," he says lightly to the triton. He moves past the pair, opens the door and motions for them to follow.

Nat's grapple on Hamish: 11
Nothing too dramatic; he's grabbing Hamish's arm, not doing a full body tackle.
