"No, it is perfect for me." Arlon says impressed despite himself. "Are they ready now or do you want us to come and get them later. There might be needing some minor adjustments."
"Perhaps you've heard of us, new adventuring party in town, we just opened up a tavern as well... Abandoned Dragons. Maybe some scales like gator skin or something, nothing tacky, but classy."

"Ah, Volo mentioned you were coming, you should have led with that. He has put in a good word for you after what you did for his friend - and well, Volo's books are always an awesome read, even if he does make some... extravagent claims," she says, blushing. "In fact, I should have recognised it by the group... I'll have to make some minor modifications, a description was hard to go on, and with your input I'll have it ready for you tomorrow afternoon," she says with a smile. "Also, I'll knock five gold off of each piece if you can get me an autograph from Volo, I've not had the courage to ask myself in person, he always makes me so fluttery, and I mean... you know him so I'm sure you could do this small favor for me," she says, as her eyes twinkle from a light moisture.
"I'll just be renting," say Tyrus gruffly as he hands over five gold dragons. "And none of that frippery for me; me mother—bless her soul—would turn in her grave for the waste of coin on such a lark."
He then turns to Arlon and whispers in such a way that the proprietoress can't hear. "And a servant should always be letting his master shine by comparison, anyway. What say you, Arlon? Shall I be your valet for the night?"

Briga runs her hand over the fabric and looks admiringly at it. She removes her bear head hoodie and shakes out her hair. "This is nice. I didn't know things like this existed, growing up at the Rheged glacier. Everyone just layered as much cloth and bear hides as they could to survive the cold," Briga says. "This is the city, though. The cold here isn't the same. I could wear this in what passes for 'winter' here, for sure. Uh, I know it's usually not a consideration for this kind of thing, but I want to make sure it won't restrict movement, if I need to sprint or lunge, that kind of thing. We're adventurers. We lead an, uh, active lifestyle, sometimes when you least expect it. Make sure I can move without ripping it open and I think we've got an opera dress. Was this designed for a human originally? Or a half orc or something? No offense to any demi human types, just human women don't usually come as tall as me."
"And for five gold, sure, we'll get Volo to autograph whatever you want. He owes us."
Looking to the dwarf "fair enough, but your friend is more happy to take the deal," she says with a smile. "Volo informed me that you were a performer, so I won't make you downgrade yourself, I mean - after all, your battle with the troll in the Yawning Portal has got people talking," she says continuing to smile. "And, I can't make a performer ask another member of the arts do such a thing, after all - I'm sure you have your own fans to worry about, right?" she continues with a hint of mischieveousness, making you wonder exactly what it was Volo told her about you.
"And I can put a leg-split in that should help with that, not a tear but enables easier movement," she turns to Briga and says. "You can pay when they are done, with the autograph as part of that payment," she says with a wink.
"A performer," says Tyrus, affronted. "I may be liking to tell a story or two, but I'm a hard-working artisan, my good woman... Now do your work and we'll talk no more about such stuff."
[OOC: DM, What Tyrus says above is the truth. Although he has the skills and proficiencies of a Bard, Tyrus has never performed as one in his life. And professionally he is an artisan trained by a Gnomish craftsman in the ways of Arcane magic (It's all in his backstory). The upshot of this is that Volo has lied to this woman about Tyrus's past, and there is nothing in that past to substantiate those lies... Not sure what you want to do about that.]

"Sounds all fine to me, if I can get around, and still look swank doing it, this should work for me," Briga confirms. "We did Volo a solid. He's a professional writer. Scribing his name a few times won't kill his good writing hand."
Briga is agreeable for whatever remains on the fitting, and will cooperate.
OOC: With 5 GP less for the Volo signature, Briga will ensure that Griff nets a downpayment on the loan, her coin total remains 0, please be sure to adjust Griff's +5.
The Abandoned Dragons finish getting their measurements taken and the group head to the Yawning Portal once more to see if they can find Volo. When you arrive, not only is Volo there, but so is Renaer and Floon, all three of them talking together.
"Hey there, dudes! Renear, Floon, you're both looking much better after the crud you went through recently, hope you're feeling half as well as you look,"Briga says. "Volo, you weren't kidding about being a celebrity. A tailor we're working with is super excited to get your autograph. We'd hate to disapoint her. She's a big fan. Not literally, she's a halfling. But a big fan, nonetheless!"
While the others pass pleasantries, Tyrus will look around the room to see if any of the other patrons of the tavern are paying unusual attention to these celebrities.
While doing so, he will also raise his hand in welcome to Durnan and Bonnie if he sees them.

Volo smiles and chuckles a little. "Ahh, Mrs Merryworth and her embarressment. This is the third set of adventurers she's sent to ask me that very thing. I've told her, five gold and I'll give her one. I'm sorry she's roped you into this," he replied.
As for any attention being paid - pretty much everybody is looking in Volo's direction, but he is a person that makes an effort to be noticed based on his attire, and the fact that as he speaks to Briga, he does it so loudly it's impossible not to hear him. "Tell her she can come and get it herself and she can start using her own gold to get it," Volo answers.

"A valet ?" That sounds nice, " Arlon says to Tyrus chuckling." I once had one follow me for a all day doing errands for me."
"Anyways, we will see with Volo for the autograph. No promises though. "

"Hello. Happy to see you all in good shape."
Tyrus will not say anything and let the others do the talking. He will give a small bow of respect to Renaer.
