Harmony had heard Aisha, smiling. "Why wouldn't we be concerned for one of our friends though? Anyone naturally would be after all." she simply said back to her, honest and genuine. Then she watched as Jove and Abraxas opened the door, realizing that they were back at the room where they first met the goblin. All of a sudden, she felt herself get dizzy and real shaky, not liking this at all. Was this how the others had felt earlier? "L-Let's not rest in there. I don't feel so good..." Harmony had said back telepathically to Jove and everyone else when he asked about asking the goblins if they can rest for an hour. She was trying hard to keep her balance, stumbling and not feeling like herself right now.
The door to your left opens to a narrow hallway. At the end, just ahead of Jove's lights, you can see the hallway leads to a larger room. A hulking form is shrouded in shadow within, and as the lights fill the dark hallway, you hear the rattling of chains from within.
T'savi coughs, a loud hacking sound; the panther starts to lightly heave, as if she is having trouble breathing.
Tracking: The narrow hallway leads to a larger room. There is a hidden door behind you, where you first entered the room with the goblins. A third door in the room with the goblins leads back to the corridor you entered from.
Aisha strains her eyes to see what the hulking form may be... trying to discern what sort of creature it is.... 5 + ?
But just after she figures or doesn't figure it out, she would pet her companion, worriedly, but not sure what ailed her..... Medicine check?: 20
Regardless of what she did, if Aisha had discerned anything about the massive, and likely dangerous.. or potentially trapped, creature, she would inform her allies quietly.
Aisha sees only the flank of a large, furry creature as it moves out of view. On the other side of the room, she spots a glimpse of a second furred creature.
T'savi's eyes are wide, and the panther is struggling to breathe. She turns her head behind her, taking a few steps toward the way you came in, then turns back to look at Aisha pleadingly.
Abraxas also stares at the creature, trying to perceive what it is. He whispers to the others, "Should we ask the goblins what they've got chained up back here?"
Jove sends Caiphon to scout ahead, mostly to see if the chains are enough to hold the behemoth and if there is a safe way around it. Any sign of being hurt, Caiphon will head straight back and snuggle under Jove's robes. He speaks telepathically again. "I don't know what is making you cough, but we have to press on." He gives bardic inspiration to anyone under affect of the ailment, including the cat.
Through Caiphon, Jove sees five owlbears within the confines of the room, all emaciated and chained to the wall. They don't seem to pay mind the quasit's presence.

Harmony and T'savi have bardic inspiration for 10 minutes.
Aisha looks at her companion, and pets across her silky back, making sure to scratch just behind the ears. Aisha swallows as she considers her options. Force her partner to press on.... Leave her partner outside and press on alone.... or leave with her partner.... Sighing, she settles for a middle ground.
Aisha... will rejoin you soon. An animals instincts are far superior to any humanoids.. and they sense things we do not understand, or know. We're apparently close to the entrance already.... This one and Tsavi will head back through the entrance, I will give her some fresh air... (ooc - 30 minutes) And then we will returrn... Leave a mark on the walls about .. here... and I will track back to wherever you go. But my partner is begging me to go outside... Aisha does not know why, Aisha promises you all will be fine... And so will This one. Though some of that flicker in her eyes at Jove dimmed, The ember that had just began to burn, smoldering in an orange core, though not quite extinguishing.. yet.
Regardless of any protestations, Aisha, with Tsavi in tow would carefully, head to the entrance, both maintaining high-alert, as this place seemed more dangerous than it had appeared initially. Perhaps some fresh air, and sunlight or.. whatever time of day it was, would do them good.
Aisha Perc: 16

Assuming nothing 'dangerous' occurs, Aisha would rest with her companion in a hidden spot.. using a tree or ruins, etc to hide behind if possible (Stealths A 27, and T 22) to take a short rest in the fresh air, both keeping watch passively (19, and 17) before heading back in.. if nothing else happens.
If nothing interrupts the short rest, Hit Die - Aisha will use 1 die, and Tsavi will use 2.
If nothing happens during either, when Aisha begins heading back in, apologizing to Tsavi for forcing her to go back in, Aisha will keep an eye out for the markings she asked the party to make, and proceed to follow wherever they went, at an average pace, and watching for any traps the party may have found that she wasn't there for (Invest: 18)
((OOC I wish the info on the owlbears had been shared >< I had a whole idea for them..... Also sorry if Aisha seems wishy washy.. she was all for pressing on until her lifetime friend begged to go out.))
OOC: Aisha and T'savi will have to rest for at least an hour to gain the benefits of a short rest. Waiting to hear the others' responses before advancing.
Olive grabs one of Harmony's arms and puts it over her shoulders, allowing the tiefling to use her as a support. If Aisha and T'savi need to rest, Olive will allow them a break.

Harmony could see down the hall that there was something big in the shadow, not really able to see what exactly it is but hearing chains. She had heard Abraxas, nodding back in agreement before hearing Jove say that they need to press on. She felt a little inspired by that, knowing that they do need to continue on even though she still feels not that good. Then she had heard Aisha talk about going back outside with Tsavi for a while but would come back afterwards. "Be careful" Harmony then said back to her before she left, hoping that maybe being outside will be good for Aisha and Tsavi especially. She felt so dizzy, surprised when she felt Olive grab her arm and put it over her shoulder to use her as a support. "Thank you very much." Harmony had thanked her with a smile, being careful walking with Olive's help as they would continue on.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Abraxas whispers to Jove, "What did Caiphon find? Is there a way around? The goblins don't seem to be taking good care of their animals." He will investigate for any signs of how the goblins move through this room, if they do: 16.
Abraxas notes the thick dust that covers the floor within. There is no door visible within the owlbears' room. If the goblins travel through the room, it is certainly not often.
Aisha leads T'savi out of the secret exit of the room, and back up the decrepit wooden stairs to the surface. The panther wobbles and slows along the way, but as soon as the secret door closes behind them, she starts taking heavy breaths, which soon calm. Within a minute, she looks calm and healthy, though still weak from the shadows' attacks. There is plenty of protective foliage in the area, and with the lack of any animal presence nearby, it is not hard to find a safe spot to take rest, sheltered from the sun by a large tree.
OOC: Where to next? Aisha and T'savi are taking a short rest outside. Is the rest of the party joining them or pressing forward?
Areas that have not been marked are two doors to the south in the large corridor, in the narrow hallway that intersects it.
One area has been marked but not traversed, the room with the goblins seated at tables.
"There are five owlbears in rough shape up there. Chained to the wall. I'm not sure we should press on too far without Aisha, as she may not be able to find us. But maybe we can take out the fuzzballs or sneak past them or something. Caiphon didn't see any doors, but there could be secret ones like before."
"Did Caiphon notice any bones among the owl bear? Perhaps they are what happened to our missing party of mages." Abraxas closes and rubs his eyes. "If there aren't any bones, I suggest we move on to the the left door of the two we haven't looked at yet. A complete search of the house before we go in the room of starving animals might spare us a fight," he says.
Harmony had heard Jove say that there are five owlbears in the room chained to the wall, very surprised. "I could always...cast a spell to help with dealing with those. I can...create darkness so they won't be able to see us. Or I could make them incapacited as well. But let's keep going..." she then said back, giving her ideas and suggestions while still feeling real dizzy, holding onto Olive. She really just wants to get out of this particular area, not feeling so well here.
