Calcryx smiles revealing sharp white teeth as she scoops up the bell and coin with a talon. “Yes...” she says wryly, “I believe he needs quite a bit more work.”
”There is a big goblin covered in fur... it carries a big stick with spikes and wears old pieces of armor. It’s not very bright, but it bosses the other goblins around and hits them if they do not move quickly enough.”
"That's super helpful, thank you. I'll be right back. Oh! In the meantime, I have some leftover food... It's not much but here." And she'll give what little is left of the pies that Garon (?) the innkeeper gave her and then head out to meet the group in the hall.
Meepo gives Rees a look like she’s been holding out. Then he looks to Calcryx who sniffs at the pies and gives them a lick before devouring them in one bite. Meepo watches then runs out behind you.
Can I touch your tail? Talien asks before grabbing it like a weapon now that he has been told chastised by Alten and Rees
"As I said... don't come near me or I'll open you up and see what's inside!"
If you think you are big enough to 'open me up' then you must welcome death. Talien says dismissing the threat. If you want some food, I will trade you some of mine to touch your tail. Talien says offering 2 rations from his pack.
(Woke up for a few with someone at the door, back to bed)
“I will not let you touch me for scraps! Continue to insult me and you will be the one welcoming a cold death!”
(DM laughs and goes to homebrew a petting Zoo),
It is not scraps little one, it is enough food for what any of these others would eat in two days, he chuckles at the though of fighting a baby dragon and it having any chance of hurting him. I do not know what insults you or anyone else in this realm.Talien sits down in the floor against a wall and opens his pack, giving one ration to the dragon as a good faith gesture for the insult. But I assume you do not like to be stolen from. Where I come from it is punished by death so I assure you I will not steal from you. I do not mean you any offense but creatures here are strange indeed. What is something that you like to do? You said you can fly but have not yet. How much do you think you can carry? If you were to leave this place how much of this treasure can you fit onto your back and transport if you wish to not live here any longer? He will pull out a dagger and absent mindedly polish it, once he runs out of his own weapons he will start grabbing things off the shelf and polishing them (not joining the group outside) Do you know where to return for your family? I never had a family, I did a have a teacher, I called him master and he taught me how to fight. Did someone teach you or did you just learn on your own? Do you know how long it will take you to grow as big as your parents?
Meepo, shouldn't you stay with Calcryx? As Keeper isn't it your duty to watch over her? I am concerned about leaving Talien alone with her without any supervision.
Even if Meepo refuses to go back in, I'm shutting and locking the door
Why on the God's green Torril would we want to help a white dragon get home? To let it grow up and terroize some place much like where I grew up? People terrified that the dragon would swoop down and swallow up children instead of just cows or sheep?
You two can't have forgotten what the chromatic dragons and their cult did to us just a few years ago? They razed and looted villages and cities. They wanted to enslave and destroy all of us! They almost suceeded in bringing Tiamat into the world.
I get Talien not knowing. He's from a different world. What are you two thinking?

Calcryx sticks a talon through your offering of rations and pops it into her mouth packaging and all. “Hrrmm.. not bad.. But, not as good as the fish mother would bring back for me when I first hatched..... Your assumption is correct... If you were to steal from me I would freeze you with my ice breath and leave you there as a reminder to all not to trifle with Calcryx” (Pauses for effect).
She sighs, “I’ve been here too long... I’m not sure what I like to do... I like freezing things with my breath and this shiny stuff is nice... But, I wish to go back to my home and be with mother. Her name is Cryovain.”
Calcryx’s brow furrows, “It is hard to remember home now, but I do recall beautiful stone, ice, and cold. I believe she called it Icespire. I think I could take all this treasure to her and she would be pleased with me. As for transporting it? That’s easy.... I’d just eat it. Isn’t that how you transport your treasure?”
Looking at the wyrmling’s “hoard” it appears she has scoured the room and gathered all items of worth into a nest she made behind the table. The valuables include a dragon-shaped, jade figurine (worth 20 gp), a crystal goblet (5 gp), and twenty-four pieces of fine silverware (1 gp each).

Talien, looks at the dragon full in the face, takes his time to wipe it down, and puts it back in the pile. I clean things, unless you want to be the dragon of dirty treasure I do not think your mother would approve.
