The ghost pup, who can’t actually answer questions and therefore just exists, wags it’s tail and walks up the walls of the inside of the tower merrily.

With that, the evening comes to a close. Despite the unfurnished nature of the tower and its fine, hardwood interior, you are all able to fall asleep in the most modest sense. Thankfully, the evening passes unharmed. No servants seemed to make their way into the vicinity during the night.

FWIW, Sarai sleeps as a sparrow in one of the arrow slits (still technically "inside" the tower), then is gone in the morning. She hasn't mastered the knack of getting a good rest in bipedal form, even after all this time.*

The morning is bright and refreshing. Due to the lack of blinds, the dawn wakes most of you, that and the sounds of fluttering sparrow wings. Imani vaguely opens an eye to see a familiar sparrow nestling back into her... eh... nest. She spares a glance over to the still dead asleep Oz and then to her phone, which displays that it is currently 6:30 in the morning. Lovely.

The sparrow will flutter down to Imani’s bedside table , and look at her with one golden eye. Then she will flutter over to Oz, landing on the pillow next to his head, examining his sleeping form.
Then she will fly over to where her rifle is laying, and transform into hybrid bird woman shape. She pulls a small arsenal of weaponry off of her body and stacks it next to the rifle.
”Are you up?” she asks Imani loudly, with little concern for Oz’ slumber. “I have news.”
"ehhhh," Oz moans loudly. He rolls over, sits up, and scratches his disheveled head of black hair. A Yumrito falls off his chest and onto his pillow. Oz pops it into his mouth and reaches for his mostly empty bottle of Summit Condensation.
Sarai cocks her bird head at Imani, but then ignores her crackly hands.
"This morning, I spoke with the Overseer of this War, a Father Alexi Popov. I am convinced of his authenticity by the many seals he displayed on his forearms. First of all," she says, examining one of her guns for nonexistent dirt, "The girl named 'Mary' was not from the Church. We suspected as much, but it is confirmed by Popov. Who she is, he did not say, or does not know. I have no more ideas about why she would set us against Rider and Saber, unless it is as simple as one Master/Servant pair misleading us into fighting another. It is clear we should move the Tower, in my opinion."
Looking up, she goes on, "Popov will announce today a temporary truce, and a reward, one of those seals, for assistance in taking down the Berserker Servant and its Master, the American Redford Briarwood. The implication was that they are responsible for the lycanthropy, which is at least hewing to type, no? He says he has the ability to enforce the truce." Then she clacks her beak in what you have come to understand means she finds something humorous, "He says that though we may be fighting alongside the others, we should not expect any of them to, as he said it, 'have our back,' during this fight, but at least they will not harm us during the truce."
"Oh, and he vouches for the Whistle of Nara, for what that is worth from a man of the Church, so the mystery of Rider's compulsion remains."
She looks at the two others. "You should get ready. I need to meditate a short rest, if that is possible."
Imani takes all of this in, then nods and holds up a single finger. She walks outside to attend to some immediate biological requirements.
A few minutes later, toothbrush in mouth, she walks back into the circular room. "I agree. It seems to me we're no better off here than anywhere else. Let's head back to Uptown and check into our rooms at the JC. Caster," she looks at the crazy mage. "Care to practice your teleportation spell again?"
She looks around at the Tower, then summons Rookie for a scratch. Why the hell is this so complicated?
"Hmm... how to explain in terms that a human like you could understand..."Dream sighs as she materializes nearby. She is slumped over the chair, sitting on it backwards and using it's back to rest her head. "I think... the trope is sometimes called heroic blue screen of death. Berserkers can all enter a trance... and well... they go berserk. They trade reasoning... logic... sanity... in exchange for power, prowess, and finesse. I suppose... it makes sense they were a werewolf-type legend."

Indeed. However, Assassin would know that any Berserker is perpetually under the effect of Madness Enchantment. In essence, one could call it as much a curse as it is a skill.

You are aware that all Servants, at bare minimum, share the immunity to mundane weapons, resistance to magic damage, but not everyone has Magic Resistance. However, certain servants may have specific clauses to this. Legends supersedes rules often.
Caster nods to Imani. “Where would you like to go?”
"Let's go back to the JC Hotel. We can settle in and spread some feelers out. Maybe Uptown will pay a visit and give us something useful for a change."

Sarai means “flutter down to Imani’s floorside floor,” what with all that unfurnishedness in the tower. ;)
