Slinking in the shadows, Otrov focuses on Nobody's situation.  She'll let loose a bolt at Ghoul 1:  Attack: 17 Damage: 15  

She then moves back into the shadows, hopeful that none of the ghouls noticed her.  Stealth: 21

You are currently not hidden and the ghouls have darkvision. You have enough cover to hide first and then attack though.

No problem. I’ll still use the stalagmite then and duck behind that. 

Margret, your strike chops of the arm of the ghoul(#7) , while Otrovs shot blows a hole through another ghoul(#3) , which collapses to the ground.

The last two ghouls come running up the stairs, with Margret and Dain being blocked by ghouls and Otrov out of sight, they charge towards Nobody who is right in front of them.

(To DM: Not sure how the ghouls are currently placed since the last two charged Nobody, so assume he goes for the least weakest one with the main attack and burns the weakest one near it.)

Just as Nobody was beginning to let out a sigh of relief seeing at least one Ghoul fall before him with the aid of others, the tiefling gritted his teeth at the sight of others rushing him now. Now he finally broke out into a nervous sweat. Before concern grew into a fear that would overwhelm him, the Anybody is drawn and whipped about erratically in a warding gesture.

But then suddenly he struck out for one's neck, the movement so precise and swift that without the flesh in the way, he might've severed head at the spinal bone beneath. Be that as it may, as the blade is drawn forth, he utters a sharp word in infernal and flicks the dark blood coating it towards another nearby, coating it briefly in blood sacrificed and transformed into black flames.

Action: Cast Black Flame Blade using Anybody and striking Ghoul(#4?).
To Hit: 25 For: 17 of non-magical piercing damage and 3 Fire damage to Ghoul(#1?).

Nobody, your strike severally burns ghoul #4 and the small flame is enough to end ghoul #1.

Round 4:

Map:

 There are two ghouls next to Nobody, one of wich is burned into a crisp but still moveing. There are also two ghouls blocking Dain and Margret from the rest. One of them (#7) is missing an arm and a shoulder. That one tries to strike Margret with its remaining claw:

Attack: 8 Damage: 7

Dain casts armor of agathys coating his body in ice. He then moves up to confront the ghouls nearest him and Margret.

Margret tries again with Talon in her hand she attacks the one five feet in front of her without an arm

Attack: 23 Damage: 5

"I'm not done yet!" Nobody makes a sharp gesture as if throwing daggers, summoning magical darts to fly right for the heads of ghouls with unerring accuracy. If the one he struck should fall he then skips around the other for a better position.

Action: Cast Ether Bolts at 2nd level, sending one bolt each for the Ghouls(#4, #5 #6, #2)inflicting 5 to each.

Movement: To the immediate left of Ghoul(#5) if Ghoul(#4) is dead.

Future Reaction: If the first one were to hit is a 18 or 19, using Arcane Deflection to raise AC to 20. If its higher than that, using Shield instead.

Otrov

She will step out and fire at the ghoul near Nobody (4 or 5).  If they’re down she will target one near Dain and Margret (2 or 7). After which she will move to cover on the south side of the stalagmite (away from the approaching ghoul). 

Attack: 23 Damage: 13 

Margaret, your attack finishes of ghoul 7 and Otrovs bolt kills Ghoul 4.

Ghoul #6 is still to far away and needs to dash to reach Nobody, while #2 attacks the tiefling:

Attack Vs Nobody: 14 Damage: 6 

Ghoul #2 attacks Margaret who just cut down the other ghoul:

Attack vs Margaret: 9 Damage: 7

Round 5: one left in front of Dain/Margaret and two near Nobody.

Otrov

Seeing Ghoul#4 fall with a putrefying heap brings a smile to Otrov's face.  She strokes The Prick gently, Well done, she thinks softly.  Now, more!  She steps out from behind the stalagmite and notices two ghouls near Nobody.  In the shadows cast by the torch, it's hard to make out which one is more injured so she will fire at the closest one to her.

Attack: 22 Damage: 13 

 And she will move back into the stalagmite's cover.

Otrov you are forgetting to hide, the ghouls have darkvision, so staying in the shadow alone won‘t do it.

BA hide before attack to get advantage: 23

Ooops.  I thought staying on the other side from them, not the shadows but the physical stalagmite would be enough. 

Dain moved up to the ghoul last time, if it was any distance from him, and now this round he attacks with his dagger...

To hit: 19 Damage: 5

Margret happy to see the Dwarf hit tries to repeat what she's been doing with Talon in her hand she attacks the one in front of  Dain and her "Lord these things are tough"

Attack: 18 Damage: 6

She gets Marco to do flybys on the one that Otrov is attacking once attack he flies out of reach no aoo

Nobody still looks a little panicked by the close claws, but remained quick to retaliate once more with the rapier enchanted briefly by infernal flames!

Action: Cast Black Flame Blade using Anybody to Ghoul(#6).
To Hit: 18 For: 7 of non-magical piercing damage and 3 Fire damage to nearest other Ghoul.

(Not sure if the flyby was meant to be the owl distracting Otrov's target, but assuming it is and Nobody can benefit, then here's the roll: 24.
