Kai glances to the redbrand. "Do you want him conscious or just carryable? If we wake him up, he may alert people and turn this to look bad on us. I could... PROBABLY carry him? And if we're asked about it, we could say he drank too much? Drape something over the cuffs to hide them?"
(How heavy does this redbrand feel estimate wise?)
She also moves to try to help Magaret hide the wolfhound. "Here... Maybe try this?"

(Wow. Kai is not used to hiding dead bodies I guess XD )
"I just need him strong enough to throw over my shoulders without killing him Kai Anyway will have to gag him. Did you see that one that ran towards the Stonehill? We may be doing all this for nothing anyway"

Between prestidigitizing the blood, turn over and mussing up earth to further distort any trails, and trying to suss out the bitterness behind the Drow's earlier look, it takes a while for the tiefling to even appear to track the conversation. "Is there even a local authority besides him.."He mutters, looking askance and rubbing his chin in thought. The whole having a body nearly chucked at him earlier hardly appeared to phase the tiefling, so split in focus he had become.
"So, the plan is to interrogate him at Barthen's then? That's... well... I'll wish you all luck. But, I think its best I stay out of this time. I'll wait back at the Inn. I should be able to make it there fine on my own. Just... I guess come get me when you're all done."He says, not really looking at anyone as he absently rubs a far more exposed draconic arm nervously. "If Sir Sildar comes in the meantime, I'll inform him of the situation."He finally looks up to Margret, and then to the others. "Though perhaps before any of you actually wake him, you take a breather there as well."Nobody smiles faintly, and if there's no further distractions or requests, he begins making his way back to the Inn.
(To clarify, in case anyone listens in. By local authority, you'd get the sense he means town guards or city watch, not just the head honcho himself who is turning a blind eye. In fact, I don't think it was ever mentioned we saw any in town.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Beside the coins, you also find 3 maces, 1 light crossbow and 2 daggers on them. Maltake checks on the one that he knocked down behind the bushes and gets a shortsword and a hand crossbow.
When the last wolfhound wakes up, Moss kneels next to him and tries to calm him down ( animal handling 15) and she seams to got a decent understanding with her, as he doesn‘t seam to make any trouble for her at the moment.
Margaret knocks on the door of Bartens Provisions, but no one answers. When you knock a second time, you hear a voice from within: „Sorry, we are closed for lunch at the moment, but if you go north for 3 or 4 minutes, there is the ruin of an old school on your left side. It is quite big and got a nice basement. Great if you need to hide for some while.“
Nobody, as you get closer to the Stonehill Inn, you see Sildar giving first aid to the Redbrand who ran south. Sildar rolled him on his side, but you still notice a nasty burn on the thugs back. When Sildar hears you approach, he looks up at you and sais: „I assume this was you guys. Looks like you already met the local gang of idiots. I was able to stabalise this one, how many more were looking for trouble? Also, give me a hand with this one. We bring him to the Jail. Then you go and fetch Hazel and Ostran from the Inn and Sister Garaele. And meet me back in the townhall. Where is the rest of you? Are they ok?
And stop staring and give me a hand here, grab his right arm and we lift him together, i am still not at hundred percent or i would do it all by myself.“
Zurzg retrieves his shield where he dropped it, and pilfers a mace and two daggers from the corpses as they move them out of sight. Returning to the others, he grabs one of the thugs legs and proceeds to help Margret move their prisoner.
After cleaning himself withPrestidigitationquickly enough and having the loot been handled by the party, Ree'lyn decides it is time for him to get hold of Sildar and Master Stonehill.
"I will try and make some arrangements for our... conversation with him." - the Drow announces as he glanced over each and every one of his newest companions of misfortune. - "Do not get started before I get to you. The location you spoke of, Margret, seems perfect for our purpose. I shall be there shortly."
Leaving as he speaks the last sentence, Ree'lyn heads to the Stonehill inn.
Kai will assist Magaret with carrying the redbrand to follow the rest of the group and look her over for a moment, noticing the tears. "Margaret? Are you alright? You seem upset... Do you need someone to talk to?"

"Lets see, We've just killed these thugs course they left us no choice. Two of our male friends just abandoned us women leaving us to do the hard choirs. The towns people are too cowardly to help us."
"No my dear, my tears are of sadness at the loss of life and anger, Anger that we have to plan to follow through"
"You have no idea."Nobody says with a defeated sigh in his voice in response to Sildar's first question. The rest he doesn't even appear to fully listen to over rubbing his forehead over the situation. But at the last complaint, he gives the Stonehill Inn one last pitiful look before grudgingly moving to help with the body... By dragging him. Because there was no way he was strong enough to go carrying anything larger than a goblin body around. "To answer your many questions, Sir Sildar, there were 6 in total, including a pair of wolfhounds, I believe their called? As for the others, the rest went to Barthen, including that... Drow fellow. Seems he has a bit more an invested interest in things now for whatever reason. Your influence, perhaps?"
He smiles at Sildar, though its a pained one that fails to fully reach his face. "But the rest are.. fine. Roughed up, but most came out better than I in that one." And indeed, despite most of the wounds have closed and even scabbed over from magic, plenty of bloodied out robes and the torn off sleeve from the wolfhound bespoke of a sorrowing fight. "After some... no, I leave them to tell story. Suffice to say, they either don't particular like drow, or possibly know more about our previous dealings then they right aught to so soon."He comments on while dragging the body along. But as speaking left him even more winded between the pulls, Nobody goes silent.
But before heading off once the Redbrand is imprisoned, an exhausted tiefling turns on the aged human and says, "I do not know how much of it is true. But, we were told about the townmaster's proclivity for turning a blind eye on these bullies. So, is it really wise to make use of this?"
(Though it probably wouldn't matter. I have not regreted picking up the message cantrip more.)

Ree'lyn glances over the Redbrand thug's cloak and any item that identifies the thugs as a member of the Redbrand which he had pocketed before heading to the Stonehill inn.
Mal quietly works to take the dead bodies to the stable, making sure before he does this that the horses and other animals are properly tied in case the animals get spooked by the presence of dead bodies. He methodically takes the weapons to bring inside the inn. He also strips any of them who still have their red cloaks on them.
The more things change the more they stay the same -- he says to the bodies as he hides them in the corner underneath some hay.
Once his work is done he washes the blood and dirt from his hands and rejoins the others in the inn.
"Here." - Ree'lyn offers to join his efforts to the first two, glancing around to make sure no one sees them dragging the unconscious man inside and doing it quickly.
Kai nods in understanding as she follows after the others with Margaret. "I understand. I dislike taking life as much as you do, but if we had not taken them down, they would have done the same for us. As for the guys, I suppose it takes women to do a mans job eh? I believe they get a little eager sometimes. However, these are pressing manners. I suppose we should catch up."

Moss also joins Kai, Margret and Zurzg on the way north. The wolfhound following her on a makeshift leash. When the dog sees the little Goblin, he tries to snap at him, but a short commanding tug on the rope by Moss brings the dog back under control.
After a short walk on the northward road you reach your destination. Once it used to be an impressive building, but now the wall surounding a big garden is broken and crumbled in several places. You see several blackberry bushes growing over the rubbel. The gates are rusted and only one side is still hanging in the hinges, while the second part of the gate is broken and rotten on the ground. You can still make out a graveled path flanked by high unkeeped grass. It leads to a flight of stone stairs that lead to what once was an impressing front door. Most of the roof is gone and so are most windows. But once you are through the entrance door, you see two corridors leading left and right, as well as a staircase made of stone leading to a basement a few meters in front of you.
Kai smiles at Zurzg. "It looks good on you. Do you need anything else that we need to buy or loan you?"

"Maybe a weapon upgrade Zurgz If you see anything here"
She taps Mal on the shoulder
"I noticed how fast you move Mal you think you could get that crossbow the one in the bushes the man used? And bolts"
She points to the captive Redbrand
"Kai can you make it where we can move him? That is if you want"
She then attempts to hide the dead wolfhound.

she heads back to Kai and the prisoner
"Is he stable enough? Our cowardly friend over there is out to lunch but he suggested an old school house"
Regardless she attempts to move the redbrand to the new location
