As you continue forward, the passage is well-lit by torches along the way. Coming up to a bigger room ahead, the group is able to spot movement in the room as you approach, and thus are not surprised as the bandits move to intercept you.
Everyone roll initiative...
Here is a description of the room...
This cavern, like the passage leading to it, is well lit by torches held in simple iron brackets around the walls. You can see five small bolts of cloth stacked against the wall to your left, and to your right are eight small casks in a neat row.
Four figures stand ready to bar you passage onward, three banditsa nd one hobgoblin. Two figures are further back, with bows at the ready. Another figure can be seen standing off behind the casks to the right of the entrance. (He is out of your sight currently though...)
How do you move forward? Who is not trying to be sneaky? How far between the scouts and the rest of the group?
Marching order seems to be Orgen, Dezlo, Lupin, Marlo, Belle, Grahl, and Alek in the rear. Let me know if that is incorrect...
Belle Stealth: 21
Beauty Stealth: 10
(OOC: Grahl’s active Stealth roll should be a 13 from post #302)
Initiative: 14
Grahl flips one of his daggers over in his hand to grasp the blade end in preparation to send it cartwheeling through the air at the threats visible ahead. He grips the blade of the other in his teeth. Crouching low, he quietly pulls his bow from its stowed position and gets ready to mete out a variety of punishments on the bandits. He gives Alek a teasing wink coupled with a sinister grin as they are thrust into combat.
We will be doing combat differently. Everyone post their action and i will run them through once all actions are accounted for. I will make sure that something equivalent happens if a target goes down when someone is targetting that same enemy.
Lupin will use his bonus action to slap thin portion of toxic slug from one of his jars into his big crossbow arcane weapon (additional 1d6 poison dmg for next 1h)
He will shout to hobgoblin "Aye me blood mate. Me hope ye doing well" and shoot at the closest enemy (it does not matter if this will be hobgoblin or other bandit)
Grahl throws the dagger in his hand at Sanbalet, then use his “Read the Opposition” obviator ability to observe how his target behaves in an effort to learn something he may be able to leverage.
(@Sanbalet) Attack: 12 dealing 6 piercing damage and 1 sneak attack damage on a successful hit.
Bonus action: READ THE OPPOSITION, Wisdom (Insight) 23
Read The Opposition: You can attempt to get a reading on one creature you can see, trying to learn useful information about it. As a bonus action, make a DC 15 Wisdom (Insight) check. On a success, you learn three details of your choice about the creature. Possible details you might learn include the creature’s goals or motivation, bonds or ideals, personality traits, flaws, combat strategy (including common attack methods or tactics), financial information, lair location, allies or foes, romantic entanglements, sense of humor, or favorite songs. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest. You can use this feature only once on any creature.

Do you move up to the door then, since you cannot target him from where you are at. I can just assume things like this, but please keep in mind line of sight...
Dezlo, always aware she is far more able to take a hit than others might be (her scales and armor are made of stuff almost as tough as her iron will!), urges Ruff forward to block the bandits at J31 and J36 from moving forward, shield held to her side and rapier raised. She thrusts her weapon at the bandit directly ahead of her (J36), hoping to take the thug out quickly to prevent a long dragged out fight.
She snarls, dagger-like teeth flashing.
Rapier Attack:15Damage:7
OOC: If for whatever reason the bandit she targets becomes unavailable, she instead targets either the bandit next to him or the hobgoblin next to him.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Orgen seeing the bandits bangs his hammer against his shield trying to draw the attention of the whole room. "Come at me ya cowards! For Mordin," he yells screaming a battle cry. He charges straight ahead at the bandit in front of him and swings his hammer down towards the bandit's head.

Alek will move to Ogren's side in an effort to flank the attacker without endangering his companions as he casted Burning Hands towards the aggresors. (DMG: 11 -> Half on succesful DEX ST DC 14)

RESPONDING TO DM’S QUESTION ABOUT POSITIONING:
I thought I had put that in a previous post, but looks like I left it out. Yes, Grahl will move to within striking distance and clear line of sight.
EDIT - Grahl should be 2 spots to the east of Dezlo, would this give him LOS to Sanbalet?
