With a few branches and some foliage from the nearby shrubs, the party has the wagon well hidden in about 20 minutes. They reconvene at the beginning of the northwest trail and prepare to strike out in search of their dwarven employer, since the hoardshare of gold that Raster spoke of back at The Bloody Beard would not be had by any if the dwarf and his map remained unaccounted for...
Garet knees, grabs some mud from the ground and marks his face (rambo style ;) )
He uses his firbolg magic to change into bigger version of goblin that attacked them (but is 1foot shorter than Firbolg. Or 3f. Soo like 4 to 6f of goblin)
The group makes their way down the northwest trail for approximately 10 minutes, keeping their eyes out for more attackers. Elisa’s vigilance pays off as she notices a snare trap set in the middle of the trail that the others safely navigate around. (UNDISCLOSED ROLL: 23, 19)
10 more minutes down the trail and this time it is Garet who spots danger: a carefully disguised pit trap directly in their path.
The party continues further down the trail for another 4.5 miles without incident. Garet’s clever goblin illusion has worn off. The trail finally terminates into a small glen with the mouth of a cave standing open ahead of them. A stream is flowing steadily from the cave entrance. Thick foliage surrounds the perimeter of the area.
(OOC: Local time is about 2pm. What would you like to do next?)
Ronk looks over the heads and shoulders of those in front of him, and looks over the cave. He makes a sound somewhere between a whimper and a grumble. "Um... Should I go first? Because, well..." He trails off, gesturing at himself and all his bugbeariness. "I could make a commotion, draw them out?"
Ronk shakes his head, taking off his robes and equipment, folding the clothing and meticulously arranging his things in a neat pile. He stood there in the group in just a loincloth, sword in hand, looking like any other bugbear.
"No, we should probably act fast. Maybe I can distract them so the rest of you can get Gundren."
"Ok. Try to stay hidden, I'll try to send some away or something."
Ronk walks out into the clearing a bit - Just about 20 feet ahead of Elisa. He stoops down, picks up a rock, and throws it at the cave. He shouts in goblin summoning every once of his old bugbear nature that he can.
"Oi! Oi! Get your scrawny hides out here! Where's your boss, I either got words for his ears or a fist for his worthless, lazy gob!"
He throws another rock at the cave mouth and stream.
Rigel's grip tightens on his bow at the site of the two goblins. His jaw muscles tense as he fights back the desire to kill the pair. His mouth contorting into a snear he readies to fire an arrow into the second goblin at the first sign Ronk's deception isn't working.
(Oh good, Ronk will need all the help he can get for that roll...)
Ronk hurled one more rock as the goblins came out, biting back the urge to apologize as it arced through the air. He shouts again in goblin.
"Where's your boss? Sinsbog found out he's been holdin' back on what he owes an' he woke me up to come collect! I was havin' me a good nap too, so hurry up, cuz I'm either gonna take what your boss owes out of his hide or your skulls, you little gobshites!"
He draws his sword and gives it a shake to emphasize this threat.
(DM, I'll hold off on the roll until you decide if that was worth advantage.)
The two goblins look briefly at each other, confused at the mention of the name “Sinsbog.” One goblin gives the other a shrug of the shoulders and a bewildered look and they both stare back at Ronk with blank expressions on their faces.
(OOC: @Ronk you can have advantage on either a deception or an intimidation check)

Ronk quietly joins the middle of the group, just behind Elisa, leaving his headgear in the wagon - he probably won't be needing it around goblins.

”Dat not Klarg dummy! Who’sa yous?” says the other suspiciously.
