Application Character Name: Lorilla Turen (Cloak) Race: Forest Gnome Class: Rogue Backstory: Lorilla has a hard time telling when her jokes go too far. It wasn't helped by the gnome village she lived in encouraging this behavior while she lived there. Growing up working at her Uncle's small jewelry stand that catered to the tastes of both gnomes and elves that lived in their nearby cities, she made do with finding her own ways to make mischief when elves came by to browse their wares. While the gnomes laughed, the elves were less than amused. So when she got old enough to make her own way in the world, her uncle told her to find a group of people who need her tricks, and use them for good. The whole village saw her off, but part of her knew that the only reason why she was the only one to leave was because of the elves. They protected their village, and her being there only made it harder to maintain good relations with them. But the idea of adventure didn't leave her sad for long, just a little homesick from time to time. How often you can post (at least 1/day): At least 2 times, normally more

Character Name: Renin Race: Wood Elf Class: Ranger
(Short) Backstory: Renin hails from a community of elven villages nestled deep within remote woodlands, beyond the farthest fringes of the larger civilizations. He is nearing his one hundredth year and thus faces the coming-of-age trial common to his people: He must walk the lands, traveling far from his home, until his two hundredth year. Should he survive the century, he will return to his people with the experience, knowledge and wealth that he has gathered from the civilized world. In preparation for the trial he has spent the last few years training under the rangers of his village, who keep it safe from outsiders and clear of threats. Given the deep forests of his home, he is most familiar and particularly skilled in wooded terrain, as well as in tracking and hunting the beasts who make such lands their home.

Character Name: Zuul Race: Aarakocra Class: Fighter (Short) Backstory: Like all Aarakocra in the city of Hythe, Zuul was raised from birth as a soldier and, as was common for his race, joined the Hythe Army when he turned three. For the most part, soldiers of Hythe would serve a mandatory three years in the army before retiring out or choosing to promote to higher ranks. On top of that most soldiers enjoyed peace times as Hythe hadn't actually seen war in a few decades which meant most soldiers spent their days acting solely as city guard. Zuul took pride in his work with the army as it gave him a chance to teach the city that there were more to Aarakocra than just being ranged scouts, and Zuul planned on staying with the army after he turned six. However, two weeks before his sixth birthday Hythe was attacked; not by any army but by a huge dragon that otherwise had no reason to be in the area. In what felt like a matter of moments, Hythe was burned to the ground. Those few who survived had no choice but to move on to the neighboring cities and villages. Zuul, though wounded, did his best to help evacuate the survivors and get them to safety. He was declared a hero by these people and offered a new place to stay, Zuul had many questions regarding the dragon attack that needed to be answered before his mind could be put to ease and he could return "home." With the memory of the battle haunting his thoughts, Zuul headed out to find out anything he could not just for himself, but for all of Hythe.

Freddy was the sole survivor. Since then, he has been on a revenge mission of his own. He wants to find the wizard who destroyed his family.
