You’d don’t see any distinct tracks that would indicate anything leading to the tower, apart from some local wildlife tracks in the general area of the cave.
On the long walk to the cave and it's stalagmite tower, Bhelmek took a three hour lunch, probably to everyone's annoyance. During that break he turned ten platinum pieces into two matching platinum rings, each worth 50 gold pieces.
This morning after prayers but before the day began, Bhelmek asked Ratty's permission to use blessing of the forge on her armor. If she accepts her armor has a +1 AC bonus until our next long rest. If she declines he will then ask Thokk for the same effect. If he also declines Bhelmek uses it on himself or if it did not take a day to get here.
Bhelmek takes his time looking around the cave.

Then will tap everyone on the shoulder and motion for everyone to step outside to discuss the first obstacle.
Bhelmek can see from where you are positioned what looks to be an entrance at the top of the tower, most likely accessed by climbing the platforms surrounding the tower. This entrance appears to be those openings. Just before the roof of the tower. Said roof also appears to have what looks to be dried foliage scattered about the top of the tower.
After signaling to the others Bhelmek will back out of the cave to discuss things with the others.
Once it seems that everyone coming out is out, Bhelmek will say,"Big caves like that can echo and increase the volume of the noise. Do we want to go in and force our way up the wooden platforms to the roof access, as seems to be the obvious route? Or do we want to have, maybe Ratty sneak in and search the base of the tower for secret doors or traps? If we go with the second option, I suggest Thokk sneak in too, to cover Ratty from range while checking the exterior cavern wall for secret doors and the cavern for hidden creatures. Ulfric and I could wait at the entrance in case of trouble."
Even if he's just talking to himself. "What do you all think?"
Both Ratty and Thokk make their way closer to the tower. From Ulfric and Bhelmek’s vantage they do not look the stealthiest, only losing sight of Ratty a few times.
Ratty and Thokk notice that the closer they get it appears the only entrance is via the top open windows and the foliage at the top looks more like brambles and dead wood.
Bhelmek casts Light on the outer face of his shield, which also has the symbol of Morradin. Now the anvil seems to glow with bright light. Lifting up the shield so he can see over the rim, he ritually casts Detect Magic. The spell takes him a minute to cast in ritual form, and he will need to keep concentration on that spell for the next 10 minutes.
Once ready, he will signal to Ulfric that they should join the other two at the tower. While moving up he will look for magical auras that may be revealed once he is within 30 feet of something magical. He will also be looking for any unusual stone work.
The wooden ledges that surround the tower are at 50,70 and 90 foot up and surround the tower all the way around. Bhelmek doesn’t detect the auras of anything magical from where he is. The stone work itself seems to be very old, seemingly predating anything within the last century.
Bhelmek looks over the tower then says to the others, " I don't know if a rope on an arrow will be able to support the halfling, let alone someone like me in all this armor. Let's braid three ropes together. That should give us a hundred and thirty foot or so, then tos about half over that first platform. Then we pull Ratty up there, she checks for traps while we pull Thokk up. Then Ratty and Thok help me pull Ulfric up, and the three of you help pull me up." Bhelmek will wait for other suggestions.
"Well what are we waiting for? Let's get me up there so I can kill something". Ulfric says impatiently. "Let's get that rope up there. Anyone got a grappling hook?"
You realise that the crowbar weighed too much to use as an improvised hook.
All of you notice that the tower itself is made of roughly cut stonework. Handholds can be found, however once you reach the first ledge you’d need to figure out a way to clamber on top of it if you climbed.
Bhelmek takes his 50 foot rope off his bag putting it on the ground.
"I think either you all are over complicating this, or didn't understand what I was saying. If we have two more ropes in addition to mine, if either Ratty or Thokk could splice the ends into one continuous rope or tie them together with double fisherman's knots. Sliced is better since the knots could catch on something."
"Once we have a rope over one hundred twenty feet long, we hold one end and throw the rest of the rope completely over the 50' high platform. We tie Ratty on one end and the three of us haul her up by pulling on the opposite side. Once she is on the platform, she unties herself and sends the rope back down. Ratty starts checking for traps while we tie Thokk on one side and Ulfric and I haul him up. Then either me or Ulfric gets hauled up. With three people on the platform we haul up the fourth and our rope."
"We repeat for the next two platforms except you have to over throw the initial coil so that it swings back to us on the lower platform. The part I do not have the skill to do is join the ropes together."

Ulfric shrugs and says "can't disagree with anything in particular with that plan..."

Could I tie rope to a arrow and maybe climb up to that window

Can I tie my rope to ratty's crowbar to make a makeshift grappling hook and then shoot my arrow
