As Elwarith says that, the golem’s head turns toward you quizzically, yet makes no movement towards you. It seems to be observing.

So, as it stands, everyone but Grim is currently at the treasury door. Inside, an amber golem seems semi-dormant as it takes notice of Elwarith, but does not act. Meanwhile, Grim has scampered down the hall and, unknowingly to you all, had encountered strange, hunchbacked creatures with large, globe-like eyes. They too have not noticed Grim.

"It's...so....shiny..." Bry's eyes go wide. He steps into the treasury and begins examining the treasure inside, keeping a sideways eye on the Golem.

There are indeed six piles of glittering gold, treasure, and jewels. It is a magnificent display. Truly, if one could obtain only a fraction of this wealth, he could be set for the rest of his natural life. Think of all that one could obtain... the power... the stature. Yet, the Golem’s eyes now track Bry. Like a guard dog, it waits.

Bry eyes the eyeing of the golems eyes. "Are you watching me?" he says softly.

The golem remains silent and kneeling as its gaze follows you. You get the feeling that it’s waiting for something as it watches you.

Davmorn carefully enters and calls over to Bry, “Aye lad, I think he might. What’s the plan here?”

The Revenant eyes the Golem, then the gold piles, then back again to the silent kneeled colossus "Well, I am not here for this treasure, if the Golem is watching over it, we could be safe just ignoring it...Elf...where do you think we should move to find what are you looking for, what about exploring those little shafts? Uh, ehi, where is Grim?"

Bry begins to reach his hand out toward the gold again keeping his eyes ever trained on the golem, but instead has an idea. "Hey you, can you talk? I wonder if you might answer a question or two about this place for a couple gold coins?"

The golem remains silent, however, you do notice that it’s position is becoming more and more like a runner’s as your hand gets closer to the coins. Yet, there is a voice that echoes through your mind, a new voice. “Oh yes! I can certainly answer any questions you might have for me.” The voice is posh and eccentric, yet carries an immutable quality that sends a shiver down your spine. It’s not the same, or even similar, to the voices of the sarcophagi though.

"OH right, another voice in my head." Bry says out loud, almost sighing in the process. "We are looking for the power to resurrect Kasimirs sister, any idea where we might find that?"

Elwarith will follow Kasimir across the room....touching nothing

Both you and he make it across unharmed. The golem tracks your steps with its gaze, but does not attack. It returns its focus to Bry. Davmorn is currently next to Bry and is waiting for him to make a move.

"Well shit..." Bry wasn't completely sure what he had just agreed to, but he'd deal with that later. He then caught up with Kasimir and Elwarith, "I think we need to find a broken wall"

“You mean like this one?” Kasimir gestures to the crack in the wall, which seems to be large enough to allow you to pass through, one by one.
